The staff was incredible! They went above and beyond. Especially the young lady who checked us in. I checked in right at the beginning of a freak storm that popped up.  she help me get my luggage in the middle of gale, force winds!  i’m not talking, just windy I’m talking when’s hard enough to blow open all the doors in the front at the entrance and to blow over the large planters at the entrance! It’s a scary situation, but she assisted me through the whole thing until I was safely in the building. The breakfast was wonderful and the ladies were very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were pristine! I have OCD and have issues with germs. I travel with my Lysol and my Clorox wipes!  I felt very much at ease in this room, and very confident of the cleanliness. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

The staff was exceptional! Charita, breakfast staff, went out of her way to help me each morning get my food. I am in a wheelchair and she treated me like family. She went above and beyond! Recognize this beautiful and caring woman. Also Sharod, manager, (please excuse spelling) immediately fixed a problem. He is very caring and goes out of his way to help you!

When I went to go swimming the handicap chair lift wouldn’t work. Being handicapped that was the only way I could get in the pool. Sharod, manager, got it up and running by the end of the day. My stay was 4 days, 3 nights and access to the pool was important. After being fixed, I enjoyed the pool immensely.

We loved everything about our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Orange Park. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the front desk being open 24 hrs. A huge safety factor when we travel these days. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and VERY well managed. ALL of the staff was welcoming and accommodating. We decided to book a trip this weekend with Comfort Inn & Suites in Port Charlotte, FL simply based on our great experience in Orange Park, FL. Thank you.

Exceptionally clean hotel room - spotless!!! My stay was an outstanding experience. The bedding was extremely comfortable, updated and immaculate. The microwave and mini refrigerator were clean and in top working condition. The bathroom was clean, perfect condition, roomy and everything in working order. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only improvement I could suggest is making the back door easier for loading/unloading your car. The back door was typical of many hotels so this one was not any harder to access than most but I think that hotels should consider that most guests will use the back door to unload/load the car since that is where they are parking. The door could be larger, for example. There could also be places where it's easy to wheel in your suitcase (like a ramp from parking lot to sidewalk (not a big concrete curb) so you could easily use a cart to go from your car to the door. I'm being picky here with this suggestion because the hotel was heads above most other hotels I've visited.

This Comfort Inn is either new or recently refurbished - everything in the room had little or no wear and tear - the suite layout was good, plenty of room to work at desk or read on the couch. Good breakfast! Friendly staff at the desk and kitchen.

Really nothing to complain about! I stayed for work so can't really say if it's convenient to any local attractions, but it is easy on and off I-295 (west of 95).

My husband and I enjoyed staff. When we got there, we greeted with excellent service from customer service receptionist. He gives us a complimentary cookies (by the way was great). The room was clean. Fresh towels, great view.

We enjoyed the room and view. Floors were clean. The furniture is clean. Air Conditioning runs great because it was extremely hot outside. There was nothing we did not like.

The staff made sure I was comfortable and were super accommodating. The breakfast was a full, delicious meal and all the facilities were immaculate. I encourage anyone looking for a hotel in Jacksonville to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. The property was beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was wonderful each morning and those ladies we awesome! The person taking care of our room went above and beyond each day cleaning behind us. I could not have asked for better.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was beyond helpful. We traveled here for a baseball tournament and had 17 nine and ten year old boys. The staff was so understanding of the controlled chaos and they let us use the breakfast/lobby area to feed our group together multiple times.

Honestly, nothing. Beyond impressed.

There was one young lady working the check in that was quite unfriendly and rather rude. I had been traveling all day, arrived at 10:15 pm and front doors were locked. She looked right at me waiting to enter and made me stand there and wait. A young gentleman working the desk saw me and let me in and was very apologetic while she stood there glaring at me. I don’t know what her problem was but she needs some training on customer service.
