The hotel was close to the event we attended. The restaurant on site was good and convenient.

We were told repeatedly that we were confirmed for a roll in shower for the ADA 2 queen bed room for my in-laws. We did not get that.They had rails in the bathroom but it had a tub that they were not able to get into. Hotel was not able to accommodate or seemed concerned about it. Stated we booked thru 3rd party, nothing they could do.

The room was beautiful and welcoming. I loved the large windows. The room was quite spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well with large fluffy towels. Brand name toiletries and in room coffees. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Many breakfast options were offered. Beds were very comfortable. I almost requested another night just to rest in the bed!

I'm sure it was a simple oversight. But, there wasn't any bathroom toilet tissue on arrival. It was immediately stocked when I mentioned it.

very convenient to where we were attending a wedding, $1 breakfast buffet was nice, rooms were nice size and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 children, large walk in shower. Front desk staff was amazing!!

breakfast staff could have been friendlier, beds were hard and pillows super uncomfortable, AC only cranked down to 68 and for FL is not very cold and made for hot sleeping conditions but thankfully we brought a fan. A little pricy for what you got and didn’t live up to my expectations for a holiday inn.

The restaurant was good and the hotel was clean

We were told by Booking.com the ADA queen room for my in-laws had a walk in handicap shower. We were told absolutely it was reserved for them. We did not get that room. The hotel was unable to accommodate. Was not good for them.

The cleanliness of hotel was exceptional compared to other places I’ve stayed for a night. I particularly liked the ease of checking into the hotel after being on the road for 6+hours.

The parking was a little crowded but it was expected during the Holidays.

The room was nice. I tried the restaurant for dinner. I had the blackened chicken alfredo. It was very good. We also ordered the salmon and the chicken wings. We're very satisfied. The hot tub is very hot. Need to be very careful when trying to exit. Good place to stay if you are using Orange Park Medical Center.

I stayed in room 622 this time. The room was nice. Don't know why someone unplugged the coffee pot. The only problem is the toilet is way too low.

The location is very close to many restaurants, as well the Mall. The room was very clean. It also had a nice big HD TV. I was pleased with my stay.

Parking was limited due to lot resurfacing. The hotel is pretty close to the interstate. It can be a little noisy at times traffic-wise.

The elevator took forever to use, it was not an issue for me and my family as we took the stairs.

Stayed at this HI approx 6 yrs ago and was very pleased. Many updates to rooms since then, very nice, exceptionally clean, bedding superb, staff extremely helpful. Will definitely be my choice next time in the area.
