Water pressure in shower was great. King size bed and plenty of pillows. Keurig coffee maker in room. Breakfast was cooked to order.

The fitted sheet on the king bed was NOT king size, so it would come loose in the night. There was one towel bar on the shower door facing out (and one facing in). The lack of any other towel racks in the bathroom is annoying. There should be something available to hang a hand towel and/or a bath towel, and a wash cloth, other than over the shower doors.

Friendliness upon checking in and out and cleanliness of room.

Complimentary breakfast only consisted of fruit and coffee when the pay for the night was already over $150 after tax. Also, left a phone charger in room and was instructed that I would receive a call back to check, but they never called back.

The front desk personnel greeted me promptly upon entry into the lobby and was expeditious, personable, and professional. My room was clean and quiet. I did not experience House keeping banging on my door at 10:50a. A huge plus bc I usually check out on time and do not like to be rushed.

I loved the interior decor of the hotel room and how it didn’t make me feel like I was in a hotel but yet in a comfortable guest room of some kind. The bathroom was also pleasing to the eye. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t have anything I disliked about this place. It exceeded my expectations and I had a really good experience here. A very comfortable stay.

The room was clean and the hotel staff was very nice. Available parking was perfect.

The elevator is showing its age sadly, the lights from the outside shined in out room a little, also the AC was loud. But non of this affected our stay that much.

It’s was very clean and the staff was so nice.

I would have given 5 stars but they had some work going on, there was drilling and hammer going on but at least they were getting work done.

The room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. I like how there was a variety of pillows on the beds for people who like firm pillows, medium or low support! I was so happy with the bathroom, it was nice to take a long hot shower after walking so much during the day (and not to mention driving to Jacksonville plus all the driving around Jacksonville).

The only thing I really could complain about was the fact that my air conditioner didn't work in my room, which I didn't realize until after I got my kids down for bed and had taken my shower. I tried to get it to work myself, but gave up and just opened the window. I didn't want to call down to the front desk, knowing that we would most likely be moved rooms and it was already 9pm and I didn't want to have to wake up my kids and pack everything up and move rooms then go through bedtime again. I actually forgot to mention it to anyone the next morning, traveling alone with two kids is pretty chaotic and it slipped my mind. With the window open, the room was actually pretty comfortable, but I would have rather slept with the room frigid and completely covered up!

Location was perfect for our needs. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

The pool was not clean. The pump was not working. Really wanted to swim.

The chefs were excellent. Everything theyprepared was wonderful and infact, I came by again just to eat. Enjoyed Wifi to do my work and the rooms were clean. Staff was helpful.

Speakers to loud in the business center. Need more of a variety in your store.
