Staff were friendly. Kathy was great at check-in.. Breakfast was better than most. The location is right off the highway, but very quiet. I really liked the room darkening shade.

The AC was blowing moist air air which was cold, but musty smelling. My best guess would be that there was previous carpeting in the room and the AC unit was not upgraded at the same time as the flooring.

The staff was very nice. Facility itself was nice. The breakfast was not too bad. The gym was nice. The price was fair. The checkout is great! There's lots of valet carts to carry your stuff. For some reason, that is rare. The hotel, in general, was cute and had a homy feel.

The first room was VERY dusty. It was rough! The place, in general, could use some minor upgrades and cleaning. Note: As long as the staff handles these type of situations as smooth as they did, I will definitely stay again.

Very clean and the staff is exceptional!!, All 3 ladies that I met was exceptional!! The black lady in the morning , she assisted me with my request for the linen and the white lady with the long, brunette hair with glasses along with the night, female person, All were very professional and showed courtesy!! Again, very clean through the facility itself, libby and room! Awesome breakfast!!

I like that it was a non-smoking environment and it was very clean

I was missing a shower curtain in the bathroom and it was a handicap room I didn't have time to let them know up front it was late so I just ended also the beds was too hard. The back door which assess to the handicap parking was not working so we had to kind of leave the doors open it was just it was just very inconvenient for that back door to not to be working

I liked that the facility was clean and well kept. It was not the most up-to-date facility I have stayed at. I can tolerate a little scratch on the furniture, but I don't do dirty. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The hotel was located near the major highways, malls, and restaurants, which made everything very accessible. I liked the homey atmosphere; I especially enjoyed being able to sit outside on the porch. I also liked that there were security measures in place, the doors were locked at 10 pm and a security guard was on the premises.

Located right off the highway, convenient for a one-stay en route. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Cookies provided at friendly check-in, and coffee & tea always available in breakfast room. Regular chain-hotel breakfast.

No comfortable chair in room. Very little in the way of restaurants to walk to.

I felt extremely comfortable after I walked in the front doors. i was a little skeptical at first. But after coming 9n and getting settled I wish I’d stayed longer. I was only there for 1 day,just traveling through on my way to South Beach. The staff was sweet, short and informative. I normally don’t sleep all night…I SLEPT ALLLLL NIGHT!!! THAT BED THOUGH!!

The shower nob got stuck I called to the front desk and the lady there told my what to do, at first i was like “what kind of customer service is this” BUT after i did what she said i felt more at home lol.

It was clean, in a nice location and beds were comfortable. Jessica was very friendly, nice, and helpful. It was storming when we arrived and she offered her umbrella to us when we had to go back out to our vehicle. Having someone smile and greet you when you arrive really can make the difference in your first impression of a stay.

Room was spacious.

Room was noisy. Not the fault of the hotel really unless they could have made the walls thicker and didn’t. Were the people in the neighboring room clowns with squeaky horns? Or was there a dog with a squeaker toy? Hoping it was the latter since clowns are creepy. That squeaker went on for over an hour. Then we heard their alarm go off three times in the middle of the night. (Actually 5:45 but still.) Lots of road noise also.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoy the breakfast every time we stay here. The pillows and the mattress were extra soft, and we both slept very well. The maid was very courteous and made up our beds even though we left later than usual and she was already past our room.

Under the table next to the window, the electrical receptacle there was loose. Whenever a plug was plugged in, you could see sparks shooting out from under the cover. Our room number was 103.
