A buffet breakfast was included in the rate. I informed Comfort Suites about my knee injury ahead of time so I was assigned a ground floor handicapped room. My room has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee, tea, cream and sugar. It also has a separate living room with a couch and a coffee table, a big TV with cable channels, a work desk, a full-sized mirror, and iron/ironing board. Front Desk is open 24/7. I would like to mention the lone employee who prepares the breakfast, clean the dining tables, pick up the breakfast garbage, and clean the lobby area afterwards. I watched her worked very hard everyday, so I gave her a big tip, which made her smile to me and thank me. She deserves to be recognized.

The handicapped room needs to have a longer shower curtain; the disabled guest is not to be expected to clean the bathroom floor after each shower. There should be a variety of breakfast items (the same exact foods were served everyday). There should be a recycling of items other than bottles, cans, and papers.

Actually the property was better than expected. Inside was clean, more modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Coffee and water served all day. Location was good, close to restaurants, gas, shopping, and interstate. WIFI was actually working ( a real plus) so I could work on my laptop. We visited to get away from Hurricane Ian...staff assisted us nicely. Electricity and other utilities never went out.

Bathroom was small. The exterior could use some updating to reflect the modern interior. Otherwise, not much more that I disliked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

We stayed for three nights and maid service is only given for four nights or more. We ran out of toilet paper and had no hooks to hang up towels. We had to use the hangers in the closet to try to hang our towels. There wasn't a hook for even the hand towel. When I pulled out the couch bed, there was dirt all across the top of the mattress. The hotel did offer to come clean it but we had already brushed it off by then.

The rooms was great. The bed was super comfortable. It fit us 3 well. The pool was great and clean. The front staff was super nice and friendly. Close to a lot of restaurants.

Having to go to the front desk for towels and wash cloth but it was also a very busy time.

Very well kept establishment. Clean property inside and out. Friendly and helpful staff.

The parking lot is awkward and with large company trucks makes parking a bit limited for regular vehicles. Maybe a parking lot expansion or some way for large company trucks to store their trucks in a nearby location under security cameras possibly.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was right off of the interstate and convenient to a lot of locations. I enjoyed the neatness and cleanliness as well as how helpful the staff was. Comfort Suites has always been one of my favorites.

There was nothing that I could complain about. Everything was on point. The staff was helpful and courteous, the guests were friendly, and the rooms were clean and sanitized. You can tell that special care is given to the rooms to ensure safety for all guests.

I loved the location. The staff was very nice and you couldn’t of asked for better people.

The only problem I had with the property is the bedding and the walls. When I got in the first room the bed had black stuff all over the bedding and the bathroom wall had poop on it. I then went to the front desk and we got another room. The new room was a little cleaner.

Facility was clean and bed comfortable

Breakfast was not great. Prepackaged breakfast and coffee was not the best

Free parking. Parking lot well lit at night. Good location. Free coffee & hot breakfast with toast, sausage & waffles.

Put trash cans & used towels outside our door for housekeeping but no fresh towels left to replace them. Had to ask front desk for assistance! Microwave was not clean when we were assigned this hotel room. Luckily I take Lysol on all hotel stays

A LITTLE ISSUE WITH MY ROOM BUT , WE WOULD STAY AGAIN ..SHOWER WATER PRESSURE ..TERRIBLE, TOILET SEAT LOOSE NEEDS TIGHTEN, VENTALATION IN BATHROOM AND ENTRANCE WAY OF ROOM NEEDS UPGRADING VERY HOT AND STUFFY BUT WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY JEANETTE PARHAM
