I love the idea of having a kitchen in the rooms. Very convenient and comfortable at the same time.

The property is an excellent place to stay/visit and location as it is close in proximity to all other eating and shopping places. However, the staff is not friendly at all, and lacks customer service skills! Especially the Black female with a supervisor/manager position! She lacks people skills and refuses to talk to you, even if you ask her a question, that is the only problem that I have with the facility! She's cold and should not be working with the public.

Location was fine for our needs. We only stayed one night but if I had to stay a length of time I would highly recommend this place. The coffee was great but did not know you had it until we left. The room was clean and comfortable and very roomy. For the price it was excellent! I would definitely stay there again.

The highway was a little noisy . The smell of other peoples food cooking was annoying but better after closing the door. The hallway wreaked but that is unavoidable I guess. No one told us there was the awesome coffee machine downstairs. Wish I had known.

I liked the location. It was isolated but you do not have to drive far to get to downtown, nice restaurants, or shopping centers. The room had everything even a washer and dryer which I didn’t expect. The facility and room was clean. The small issues we had with the remote and the key cards were quickly taken care of. Our needs were taken care of and the staff were respectful and friendly. I would recommend others to stay and would stay again myself.

Really don’t have any negative about the property.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially if traveling alone. Everything was extremely clean and inviting. The staff was very nice. I was traveling on my motorcycle and felt very safe leaving my bike in parking lot. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in a hotel and that’s comparing it to much more expensive hotel chains. Will definitely stay again even if event/occasion is farther away. Loved this hotel!!

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like! If I have to say anything there is no breakfast offered except coffee.

Seemed like a new property and they were still getting things together. With that being said I still enjoyed my stay as the room was clean and the value* was great especially considering other properties in the area. There’s considerable restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues within 10 minutes of the property. I would most definitely stay at the property again.

*Although the property was great value the only things I didn’t like about the property was they hold $100 for incidentals and there’s no breakfast options.

I like that all the rooms are modern. Some are bigger but they are all good quality. The gym has all the essentials and is a good size, Clean. Location is decent - fairly central my work and to Town Center for shopping/resturants.

Could be cleaner. I often see hairs when I first walk into the bathroom. I saw some food sitting in the stairwell. Beds are decent but could be softer.

Firepits are nice. Pool is clean. Washer and drier work well. Internet is good. Snacks are for sale in lobby and the prices are comparative to a convenience store.

The room is small. It's hard for 2 people to eat on a table that's about 18" across.

This is a "hidden gem". New and very clean throughout the lobby and room. The rooms are small apartments with kitchen, washer & dryer as well as desk area and bed. I was only there for one night on business but it would be great for a longer stay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel sits beyond an office park area with a park and lots of green space around it. Definitely would recomend.

Great apartment with good facilities.

Would have been helpful to have washing up liquid/cloth available - for 1 night stay we didn't need to use the dishwasher. Ditto laundry detergent would have been appreciated. Question cleanliness - someone's hoodie left in closet/finger nail on the carpet (ughhhh) and floors not the cleanest. Odd location - at end of medical centre/business park.

Staff was rude at check in One person working at a time no one answers front desk phone many times no one was at the front desk to speak with. I was told at check in that check out was at 12 and my reservation stated check out was at 12 but I got a phone call from the front desk at 10:30 telling me checkout was at 11.
