Hotel and rooms very nice. Front desk staff went above and beyond. Breakfast best ever had at a hotel.

Happy Hour was nothing like used to be. Two wine choices and served in plastic cups. Had to go to bar and get snd only one bartender. She made it very clear was not happy to be the one who had to get our drinks. Long line to use free drinks coupons and she would be sure to wait on PAYING customers who sat down first over those that had been in line for some time. Food for happy hour consisted of pretzels, cheese snd mustard for pretzels, celery, dip, green olives and banana pudding.

The rooms were very large with the sitting area, with pullout sofa bed, separated by a door for privacy. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The complementary snacks and beverages in the evening were a great plus to our stay! The breakfast was amazing and had everything you could think of for breakfast included. The seating area in the atrium of the hotel was perfect for large families and couples. Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and we will definitely be back!

The staff was extremely friendly from the check-in ladies to the other staffers that we interacted with in the elevator and throughout the hotel! It was a wonderful experience!

I always say that there is room for improvement. Obviously, the hotel is a little bit older and can always have improvements (renovations), but I was extremely happy with it overall. The kind staff made all the difference as well!

Beds were more than comforatble and room was clean and fresh. I loved the black out curtains, best sleep i have gotten in a a while. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our complimentary happy hour drinks as well. That was a very nice touch.

everything was fine for the most part. The room was supposed to be sound proof but i could definitely hear the kids next door, but it wasnt very loud...more muffled noise than anything. Great stay over all

The breakfast and the evening reception was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The checkin process was really easy. It was just a great place to stay overall.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable. When I laid my head on the pillow it mashed all the way down. Please get firmer pillows.

Breakfast was a full buffet and with (2) chefs also preparing made to order omelets or similar dishes. Staff seemed quick to respond to any requests.

Only that there are two buildings attached but elevator access is separate in each building which we did not know initially.

The customer service was amazing. The breakfast was good but I wish it was extended to at least 10 am. The evening reception was nice, however I have experience more selections of snacks during previous Embassy Suites stays. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It would be nice to have enough towels and wash cloths to accommodate at least 4 people since that's how many we booked for. Overall a great experience.

We were surprised to see how big and beautiful this hotel is. The suites were huge and comfortable for the whole family. Breakfast was delicious! The gym was nice and the indoor pool and spa was Amazing! Check in was simple; Mary and Jasmine were very courteous and helpful. Thanks for your Excellent Service!

I liked everything from the time we arrived. My daughter and I have stayed at many hotels in Jacksonville, but this hotel surpassed my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and it was quiet. The breakfast was awesome also. We will definitely be back again soon.

I loved everything

The breakfast was great, this exceeded my expectation. friendliness and organization was really good. Also the room was nice. We had the 1 bedroom suite and really enjoyed the fact that the kids had their own space, and my spouse and I had some peace. Also really was appreciative of the free drink coupons given at check in time.
