Staff at the front desk and breakfast bar and maintenance and cleaning crew were all very kind and helpful and very nice!! Excellent crew!!

My only complaint was the king size bed 🛏 I slept in in room 131 was old and sagged and drooped in the middle like quicksand!! Poor back support. Need a new bed in room 131

staff were friendly and helpful, Pool was perfect for my children to enjoy, breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and our room was standard.

the grass areas for our dog to explore for pee and pooping purposes were littered with garbage near some abandoned vehicles. Dim lighting at night made the grass area walking dangerous and there were no poop pick up bags available so no one cleaned up after their dogs.

It was had a laid back feel and the room was good.

There was one lady who worked the front desk who was in my opinion rude. There was an issue with my name not being on the room which was a mistake not sure how it happened but she wouldn’t give me a key. She was more worried about chastising me than finding a solution to the problem. Regardless of the situation I was still a guest who deserved common courtesy and respect. I was able to prove to her that I was in the room as well because I made the reservation and I used my credit card to pay for the room. I was the one who explained all those points to her instead of her actually doing a little more research all she wasted to do is be argumentative. She was the one and only staff member our whole stay I had a issue with.

The hotel was central to our venue, and very close to any type of shopping & eateries.

The 2nd night, our key card did not work...soo my friend went to the desk (where she encountered an extremely vulgar & angry "guest" that called her horrible names), and the young lady at the counter did not want to do the key card because she did not want this terrible lady to know our room #. The maintenance man came by & got the door open, and we told him the "lobby" story, but he assured us that if the lady said anything else to us, she would be told to leave the property. We thought it was wonderful the way the staff handled both situations!

this is our 3rd stay at this hotel. Alyssa in housekeeping is such a delight. She is always smiling and so sweet. Johnny who does maintenance and keeps ground clean is also very nice and polite. I love Susan at the front desk. There were a few workers who never smiled and was not helpful at all. the hotel is one of my favorites in Jacksonville, Fl. as seniors class person, I feel safe because you have to have a key to get into the entry door as well as your room

some of the staff in housekeeping were not friendly. also the guest washer and dryer did not work and no one seemed to know what to do about it. several didn’t even know where the guest laundry room was

Clean beds. Cozy place. Staff was very nice and informative.

Hair in bathroom floor. Can hear everything outside the room. Very thin walls. No elevator. (But the staff told me what to do next time i had to book to not have to go up steps as I have had knee issues)

To be honest during our stay, in the room next to us people was smoking Marihuana and wasn't good for us during our stay and by the way those people stay awake until almost 4 o'clock in the morning with the music in their room. For that reason, we not going back to Ramada Hotel no more.

Great breakfast daily. There is an awesome comedy club, a restaurant, and a nice lounge on the property. Very nice pool [one for adults & one for small children] Walking distance to Whole Foods Market & Trader Joes. Walmart & Target both less than half a mile. Interstate access is right across the main road. Was there 2 weeks and enjoyed my stay immensely. Would definitely recommend.
