Kayak's and paddle boarding. Quality of sunbeds. Wildlife was varied and right on the doorstep - dolphins, turtles, 3 species of sharks, feisty crabs, all literally viewable from the beach. If you sit quietly in the small cove and stay still, the little fish will actually give you a pedicure that you normally pay! The place is just chilled out and well located for groceries and access to the rest of the keys. Best thing about this place though, was the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem.

Room 12 that we stayed in was well equipped in the kitchen but tired in the bathroom and had fully floating wardrobe doors! Sofa bed was uncomfortable, even for a teenager. Will book 2 double beds next time, Air conditioner worked well but was quite noisy for its size. We stopped using it.

This duplex bungalow was situated 30m from the sea within a property which had a 2 story hotel room block and a separate lobby reception area. The bungalow had a kitchenette and seating area separate from the double bedroom and En-suite bathroom. Outside was a terrace overlooking the sea. Our accommodation (room 2) was newly decorated and to a good modern standard. It was comfortable, clean and had an upscale feeling. The grounds included car parking, a good size swimming pool, free use of kayaks and bikes and jetties overlooking the sea. For two nights whilst touring the Keys it was a relaxing place to stay.

There are no food/drink facilities on-site but plenty within the local area, accessible by car or bike. Perfect for those who want to self-cater or visit local restaurants/bars.

We loved everything about the Atlantic Bay Resort! It was our first time in the Florida Keys and they made our visit exceptional. Even with a toddler in toe we felt relaxed and their was something to do for everyone. Staff is friendly and helpful and everything is close by, you don't have to leave the Resort to have a fun time! I enjoyed Harbor Cafe 90 for excellent coffee and a quick but good breakfast sandwich, Cafe Moka had great coffee and muffins! Every time we left the resort to get a meal or do an activity my daughter would ask if we could go back to the beautiful house, I think that sums up our feelings of this resort! Highly recommend!!

Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Beach area very small but had a decent dock you could walk out onto. Easy access back on main road to travel to various locations on our trip. Staff was attentive to our needs during the cold weather that hit the area.

Didn't realize there would be separate buildings. Very small resort. The building we were in had 2 floors with 4 units on each floor. We were put on the upper level. No elevator and access was via stairs (not well lit) and we are both 75 years old and had to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Resort a little hard to find in the dark driving down from Miami. Room window A/C very loud. No heating unit. Staff gave us extra blanket and even provided a space heater which was appreciated.

Super clean room and so spacious! Well appointed, nicely decorated and sparkling clean from top to bottom. The staff was great and so helpful. The pool was great and there were lots of areas to sightsee and explore

The mattress was really uncomfortable and we had a difficult time sleeping. The pool closes very early and we would've liked to spend some time there in the evenings after dinner

We were so happy when we arrived at this resort, after a busy few days in key west. Atlantic Bay is soooo relaxing, and the perfect location to unwind. We were really happy with our room, which had a kitchen area, that enabled us to cook some light meals. and It was good to have a sofa and lounging area, and a HUGE comfortable bed. The accommodation was super clean, and surprisingly quiet, despite being fairly close to the Highway. We were thrilled to see a manta ray in the shallow water, and an osprey nesting on resort. They provide kayaks and bikes for free, and we enjoyed kayaking out on the still waters. it’s a beautiful spot to watch the sun go down.

I honestly can’t think of anything i didn’t like!

Great location on the beach with nice perks of included facilities and activities and a great sunset view.

Room really needed paper towels and plastic instead of glass cups. Seems small, but with all the other included items, turned out to be a noticeable oversight when so much detail spent on other amenities. Minor quibble given all the pros.

beautifully situated. the beautiful bay was our back yard. All the palm trees and tropical landscaping were perfectly maintained like a botanical garden. The first day we walked out on the pier and saw a whole bunch of tropical fish. the room was spacious and so clean.

It was perfect.

Furniture was very comfortable ie: bed, sofa, outside furniture. Nice shower and bathroom. We liked having a cottage with a deck. The pool was great, good temperature. The whole property was clean and very well maintained. It was nice to have kayaks and paddleboards available. Great spot to view sunsets. Very quiet when we were there. Close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants a few minutes away.

Disappointed in kitchen facilities. Tiny coffee maker (2 cup), and tiny sink, no kettle. Obviously cooking in the unit was not encouraged as the utensils, pots etc were small and only a hotplate and microwave. Recycling bins were not provided but we did ask about that and were told that we could leave any recycling on our deck when we left and it would be taken care of - but we had to ask.

A lovely little place tucked away with beautiful grounds and plenty of places to stay just sit, chill and watch the world go by. The sunsets from the dock were beautiful. Free kayaks and paddleboards for guests to use. Plenty of BBQs for use too. Room was well appointed and comfortable with a lovely nautical vibe. Little beach area and nice warm shallow water for snorkeling, saw a wide variety of fish and rays just a few feet from the the shore. Not many restaurants close by but on check in you get a list of recommended places. Tried a few but they did get quite busy so consider making a reservation (the Cuban place nearly does excellent Cuban sandwich and coffee) Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.
