The free breakfast was very good, the location is fine and the price is reasonable.

Simple check in and check out, clean room.

Breakfast was over and not refilled towards the end. I’d recommend going a bit earlier. Also, it is more like a Motel than a Hotel, that was a bit shocking given the price. But overall it was nice for a night’s stay.

I room we stayed was clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice and included in the price.

Staff mistook me for another traveler, assigned us to a room and charged on my credit card (I already paid booking.com in advance). Later they put us in a smaller cleaner room, but we had to re-pack to move our luggage. When only that I returned on Aug 18 and looked at my Visa statement (indeed they've charged me on the first room), I called them and resolved the accounting. As this hotel is not in the Old Town, they have a Destination Charge which covers parking and shuttle to Old Town.

Breakfast was good.

Pool was dirty. Had to remind housekeeper to clean room, but took care of it quickly.

Rooms were well kept. We saw that they are undergoing renovation. Hope to see it get better from where it was. Staff was really great, very helpful. Location was excellent.

Rooms need upgrade as they are doing them. Sliding doors for bathrooms are not that great. It will be nice to see them replaced. They should plan to have more elevator/s to cover such vast property. It will help elderly. Please have a visible sign placed on entrance by the right turn we make on Roosevelt. I have seen others and myself miss the right turn on Roosevelt more than couple of time during our stay. We have to go past the property and make U turn. Having a prominent sign will help.

Room was comfy and the breakfast was quite nice. Pool area was nice as well.Nice having the shuttle though we ended up using car as it was more convenient and shuttle was packed .One front desk person (I believe a Haitian accent) was exceptional friendly and smiling.

Pool bar only open until 8 and pool bar person was less than friendly and actually was napping once when I went up to the bar,Hate with a passion the add on fee of $25 A DAY.During our trip we were hit with $150.00 in resort fees,valet fees, convenience fees etc that we knew nothing about! They should just bump the rate up to reflect this and be done with it-$150,00 is a lot of money and hard to compare property prices.Thi is an industry issue that consumer affairs should address.We could afford it but some families cannot and should know up front!

The staff was very friendly and easy to deal with each day. The facilities were clean. The pool area was great. Outdoor couches, loungers, and private cabanas. There were chickens and iguanas roaming around which added to the relaxed vibe. The free shuttle to the wharf/Duval St was great. They were always on time, clean, and safe.

The breakfast was powdered eggs and sausage patties. For $20/person/day i expected higher quality. Otherwise my expectations were were met or exceeded here.

They gave us a different room from what we had booked (Queen room with two beds instead of King Suite with Sofa bed) because they were overbooked for that specific type of room. The new room was worse but in a better location, and they kept the ground floor request that we had made. They also waived us the resort fee for the inconvenience so overall very happy with customer service and the two front desk ladies, Annette & Michelle. Good value for money being in Key West. Resort fee is reasonable ($25/night per room), it includes daily parking, very convenient shuttle to downtown Key West, two daily drinks of in the pool bar and two bottles of water. Nice pool area. Quite area and "free" shuttle to downtown area (you pay for it with the resort fee).

Breakfast was very basic continental, not bad but just OK. It has fruit, eggs, sausage/bacon, cereal, bread/bagels, coffee/tea, but no pastries/muffins, etc. One night the last shuttle back to the hotel left 10 min earlier and there were several free spots. We were happy that we caught it in time but it's not fair, if shuttle schedule says 10:30 pm, it should wait until 10:30 pm if it's not full, especially being the very last one to return to the hotel. No real restaurant in the property and not many at walking distance. The pool bar serves a few things like pizza, wings, etc. Good options in Stock Island at 5-10min drive (Hurricane Hole for Seafood on the docks, El Siboney for Cuban food, Roostica italian & pizza).
