The free breakfast was very good, the location is fine and the price is reasonable.

I room we stayed was clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice and included in the price.

Staff mistook me for another traveler, assigned us to a room and charged on my credit card (I already paid booking.com in advance). Later they put us in a smaller cleaner room, but we had to re-pack to move our luggage. When only that I returned on Aug 18 and looked at my Visa statement (indeed they've charged me on the first room), I called them and resolved the accounting. As this hotel is not in the Old Town, they have a Destination Charge which covers parking and shuttle to Old Town.

Simple check in and check out, clean room.

Breakfast was over and not refilled towards the end. I’d recommend going a bit earlier. Also, it is more like a Motel than a Hotel, that was a bit shocking given the price. But overall it was nice for a night’s stay.

WHAT WAS LIKED: • 8 free tickets for beers and well drinks at the poolside bar. • Loved the shower! Handles and shelving in strategic locations in shower to maintain safety; awesome water pressure! • Hotel pool area had nice private spots to sit and chill, overlooking the pool. Great for shade on a super sunny day. • Hotel security handled a matter pretty well involving someone trying to kick hotel room door at 2:15am one morning during stay. Turned out that person was at the wrong sister property. Great communication from security and desk staff on this. • Hotel Shuttle was awesome! You have to reserve your spot by calling to front desk but shuttle goes from hotel to Seaport (only route) every hour and returns back to hotel from the Seaport every half hour. Last ride of night from Seaport is 10:30p. You miss that and you've officially missed the bus. • Benches out front gave easy means to wait for ridesharing or food dropoff (doordash) without having to go into the hotel lobby. Very easy to meet the drivers there to pickup items. • Several beautiful roosters and hens out and about on the outskirts of the parking lot. It's called Rooster Row for a reason! Roosters and hens are all over the place in Key West! • Starbucks is not on the campus but just a 6-minute walk away at 24North hotel on same side of street. It is owned by the hotel. Went there several times. (note: the 2400 N. Roosevelt Fairfield Inn and Suites has a full Starbucks store right across the street! )

WHAT WAS NOT LIKED: • Given a room that was occupied already. Very awkward. Quickly resolved. • on the free drink tickets, only like 5 well drinks can be made. A list or menu would have been nice since so few. Bartender said to add an additional shot to a well drink would be additional $8 • couple of run-ins with same housekeeping lady. comforter dirty first night suggesting not changed before we checked-in for stay. Lengthy conversation ensued with same housekeeping lady to have comforter changed even after office confirmed they would have the comforter changed. • Room was a corner room on 2nd floor; had ants in the room; desk where you would sit an eat was at that corner wall.

Breakfast was good.

Pool was dirty. Had to remind housekeeper to clean room, but took care of it quickly.

Room was comfy and the breakfast was quite nice. Pool area was nice as well.Nice having the shuttle though we ended up using car as it was more convenient and shuttle was packed .One front desk person (I believe a Haitian accent) was exceptional friendly and smiling.

Pool bar only open until 8 and pool bar person was less than friendly and actually was napping once when I went up to the bar,Hate with a passion the add on fee of $25 A DAY.During our trip we were hit with $150.00 in resort fees,valet fees, convenience fees etc that we knew nothing about! They should just bump the rate up to reflect this and be done with it-$150,00 is a lot of money and hard to compare property prices.Thi is an industry issue that consumer affairs should address.We could afford it but some families cannot and should know up front!

They gave us a different room from what we had booked (Queen room with two beds instead of King Suite with Sofa bed) because they were overbooked for that specific type of room. The new room was worse but in a better location, and they kept the ground floor request that we had made. They also waived us the resort fee for the inconvenience so overall very happy with customer service and the two front desk ladies, Annette & Michelle. Good value for money being in Key West. Resort fee is reasonable ($25/night per room), it includes daily parking, very convenient shuttle to downtown Key West, two daily drinks of in the pool bar and two bottles of water. Nice pool area. Quite area and "free" shuttle to downtown area (you pay for it with the resort fee).

Breakfast was very basic continental, not bad but just OK. It has fruit, eggs, sausage/bacon, cereal, bread/bagels, coffee/tea, but no pastries/muffins, etc. One night the last shuttle back to the hotel left 10 min earlier and there were several free spots. We were happy that we caught it in time but it's not fair, if shuttle schedule says 10:30 pm, it should wait until 10:30 pm if it's not full, especially being the very last one to return to the hotel. No real restaurant in the property and not many at walking distance. The pool bar serves a few things like pizza, wings, etc. Good options in Stock Island at 5-10min drive (Hurricane Hole for Seafood on the docks, El Siboney for Cuban food, Roostica italian & pizza).

Rooms were well kept. We saw that they are undergoing renovation. Hope to see it get better from where it was. Staff was really great, very helpful. Location was excellent.

Rooms need upgrade as they are doing them. Sliding doors for bathrooms are not that great. It will be nice to see them replaced. They should plan to have more elevator/s to cover such vast property. It will help elderly. Please have a visible sign placed on entrance by the right turn we make on Roosevelt. I have seen others and myself miss the right turn on Roosevelt more than couple of time during our stay. We have to go past the property and make U turn. Having a prominent sign will help.
