From the moment we checked in I knew we had made the correct decision by choosing this quaint & wonderful Inn. The morning Continental Breakfast was very fresh and perfect-sized portions. We were in Suite #3 on the first floor near the front Porch or Veranda which was another place to "People Watch". Their pool was just outside our back door and private deck with a table & chair. When we requested some ice and asked for 2 ice buckets they graciously obliged. When we checked out we were asked "How did we like the bed?' We replied "GREAT" the Proprieter was very pleased as she mentioned it was a brand new mattress!

If we had the available time to spend a week or more!

The service was above my expectations. The staff were so polite and extremely helpful with everything from the minute I checked in to the minute I checked out. I had also forgotten my house keys in my room unknowingly when housekeeping found them and called me right away. Thank goodness I was only 1 hour away and was able to go back for them or I would've been screwed. They offered to mail them to me but I went back to get them. Just the best service and beautiful quaint hotel. Excellent breakfast and the best burger I've ever had. I can't wait to go back. I will stay there all the time now.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was on the small side of course, and was pretty basic for the price, but all accommodations in Key West are astronomical--so par for course. The pool was a bit disappointing, as it appeared smaller than pictured and could have been cleaner. The room was fine though for our stay. The location was right on duval--so easy to get around. We had a wonderful time and the front desk clerk was very helpful and accomodating.

It would have been great if bicycles were provided. I am looking for that in my next stay in Key West--I rented a bike that was falling apart for much more that it was worth.

Very convenient location - you can walk to all the major attractions (all of Duval Street, Mallory Square, Southernmost Point, Little White House, Hemingway House, 2 different beaches) and catch a Lyft to anything on the northern part of the island. Room was super cute and comfortable. Everything was clean. Pool is small but still very nice. Most rooms have pool access right from the room, and pool towels are available at the front desk. Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The attached restaurant is also good and very convenient with seating right on Duval Street, perfect for people-watching, lunch, drinks, etc. Breakfast is ample (pastries, fresh fruit, coffee). It's on the quieter end of Duval Street and set back a little off the street, so during the week it's quiet. (Less so on weekends...) There's a public parking lot a couple blocks away that's free. (Yes, free.) It's not close, but it's not a bad walk either (maybe 5-10 minutes). A lovely place to stay, and we would stay here again.

On Friday and Saturday nights the bar/restaurant that shares a patio with the hotel turns into more of a club/bar vibe with loud music. Our door opened pretty much right onto the patio, so it was very loud on those nights. The rest of the week was totally fine though! So it just depends if you're someone who likes to go to bed earlier (that's us) or be out later. No parking on-site, but that seems to be pretty typical of Key West. There is a free lot a couple blocks away. Not a "complaint" but just a heads up if you're booking here.

Super cute little hotel right in the heart of Duval street, but far enough from the Mallory Square end that it's not totally crazy outside. Tons of great restaurants and bars within a few blocks. Nice little pool and adjoining bar. Our room had a large deck with chairs that faced into some palm trees at the edge of the property. Really nice spot to read in the morning or just chill whenever.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. They gave us a plastic wrapped croissant, some other chocolate pastry, and a cup of fruit. It was fine, just would have liked to pick an choose from a little buffet or something. No biggie.

Loved the whole experience from arrival. Super friendly employees and willing to advise us with any questions we had and amazing location and hotel. Only there for 1 night but wish it could have been longer Cannot wait to return soon

There was nothing we didn't like

The staff were friendly and professional. The continental breakfast was perfect in my opinion, not to much and good. The restaurant was convenient which assisted in keeping stress level low. Thanks to all staff and this company for all you did to make my stay great.

If there was a stove and or a microwave.

I loved the property and my experience at the hotel is absolutely incredible. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and staff were all amazing. Honestly, I can be very hard to please at times and I can't think of anything regarding my stay that was not up to my standards or exceeded my standards. When I booked the hotel, I knew there was no parking and breakfast, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had a fresh chopped fruits and fresh French croissants along with coffee and orange juice. And I didn’t have a problem with parking since girls at the desk helped me with parking. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will definitely come back. I would absolutely recommend to Family and Friends.

There are no negative thoughts concerning this property.

The staff was exceptional. The young lady who checked us in offered to help carry our luggage to our room. I didn’t want to put her through that as my wife packs like we are planning on moving in. The continental breakfast was light and just perfect for the start of our day. Initially I was concerned about the remote parking. There is definitely very limited parking but that is understandable. Parking on Fort street was safe and free. Can’t say enough how cordial the staff was.

I don’t know how you would eliminate or minimize the cooking smell that seems to permeate all of Duval Street.
