very quaint. pool area was quiet and nice with tiki bar open most evenings. breakfast was good overall.

rooms were small and only 4 dedicated parking spots. most days we got a spot but we’re reluctant to move our car too much for fear of losing a spot. we did have to park on a nearby side street one time about 2 short blocks away.

Old with lots of charm. Breakfast was well put together. Love the seating available on porches. Staff was super friendly although I only saw them at check in and check out. Very clean. Fairly close to everything but definitely not walking distance. I would recommend.

It took 15 min for shower to get warm and no water pressure. Bed was like a rock but very clean and very comfy linens. Tv was on side wall so you had to lay in bed sideways to watch it. NO PARKING. We had to walk 2-3 blocks every time to get to the hotel. That would be difficult on anyone with physical limitations.

Our stay at the palms hotel was very enjoyable. We loved the old key west style of the building and the location was ideal for our visit. The breakfast was great and staff was very kind and courteous. The room was very comfortable as far as the bed goes but a comfortable chair to sit in would been nice. My wife felt very safe there while I was away attending my event.

The mini split ac didn’t cool the room as well as we would have liked during the heat of the day. Could not seem to adjust the unit. We considered the Palms Hotel a good value at the price we paid. We considered extending our stay an additional night but the nightly rate jumped over 100% above the rate we paid. Didn’t consider it a good value at the increased price.

Check-in and Check-out was so easy. Breakfast was decent from 8-11 am boiled eggs sausages fresh cut fruit bread toast bagels coffee juice cereal milk - room was a comfortable size, beds were super comfy air conditioning was cool plus ceiling fan stand up shower added a nice touch and there was shower gel shampoo/conditioner refrigerator in the room was a plus very quaint feel- pool is nice size 6ft deep there’s a bar right by the pool área great drinks! couple of lounge chairs by the pool many other chairs as well all around the facility you can sit relax drink coffee or just enjoy the ambiance- and the hotel grounds are well kept rooms are very very very clean and hotel staff overall are friendly and super pleasant. Hotel was near all the main museums and all of walking distance to Duval st and restaurants and bars. It’s right in the historic Old Town. And just a short 10 min. Drive to Zachary Taylor beach. Parking is limited for the hotel but there is free parking available on the other blocks. Definitely will be staying here again! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Such a cute hotel and great little family getaway!

Breakfast was adequate- continental for the most part. The pool and the pool area are very nice and well cared for. Convenient and nice to have a bar by the pool. Enjoyed the pool. We didn't use the bikes but was very nice to have the option on-site. The room had plenty of drawer and storage space to unpack. Very nice and plenty of room. We had a king room at the pool which was very nice. Good value and woyld stay again. And parking our rental car was convenient.

The walk was fairly substantial to the old town area where we spend most of our time but it worked out fine. It is walkable so we had some good exercise- approximately a mile.

The breakfast was great. It was said to be a continental but they had hot sausage, boiled eggs, french toast as well as the rest of the items you would expect for a continental breakfast. A+ on the breakfast. The hotel decor was very charming. It really felt like old time Florida and was definitely not a cookie-cutter chain hotel.

At night, it could be noisy. There were groups of students on spring break who generally were well behaved but they came back to the hotel between 3-4 every morning and were very loud outside our room, which was on the first floor on the walkway from the street. We were woken up every night.

The staff at the Palms Hotel was just wonderful. So friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Shout out to Indra! The continental breakfast was great and had more than expected as far as continental breakfasts go. Room was very comfy and had all we needed. The AC was a tad noisy at the start, but we were able to sleep through it. Best of all: can't beat the location! Once we parked the car at the property (they have limited parking at the back, first come, first serve) we didn't use the car once and were able to walk everywhere. Loved that and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

As mentioned, the AC was really noisy when starting up. However, we were too tired to not fall asleep through it. :D So truly, not a deal breaker!

Not only is The Palms a charming hotel located in two of Key Wests historic Victorian homes and located on a quiet street away from the main streets such as Duval but at the same time close enough within walking distance of Duval St where the majority of the restaurants, bars, shops are and also with in walking distance of other attractions too such as Southernmostpoint ( nice beach small but nice. Key West not known for their beaches. ) Mallory Square ( the nightly Sunset is amazing) and trolley tours, Ghost Tours etc)the location and convieance of the location to everything including a couple of local laundry mats I used within walking distance too The Palms clean , awesome decor . Plenty of seating on the property for just relaxing with a good book for example. Great pool , Continental breakfast each am poolside. ( Armando is awesome as is all the very friendly, helpful staff at the Palms. Mid week through weekend happy hour poolside too.) I recommend the Palms highly. I loved it and will stay again on my return visit to Key West in a few months.

Liked everything! ( the only negative might be is the lack of parking if you come by car to KW)

The rooms were large. It had a a nice room size fridge, filtered water for us to refill our beverage holders. The pool was a nice size right by the bar with plenty of chairs and some shade as well. Breakfast was pretty basic for a BNB and just enough for us. Also there is parking off property which I wish I knew before since we would have kept our rental car.

When we first arrived our room had an overpowering smell of flowers. I asked if we could be moved and they accommodated us since I get migraines from strong smells.

The hotel is gorgeous. I loved the old Florida vibe and everything was perfectly maintained. Great pool, breakfast, staff.

We stayed in the bi-level attic room. The pictures never showed the downstairs but I assumed, incorrectly, that it would be a functional living area. The table was big and useless. It would have been much better to just have the futon down there instead of under the eaves upstairs. The low eaves meant the only usable space, out of 650 square feet , was directly in the beds and bathroom. I will definitely return but would not stay in this room again.
