Lovely hotel in a great location. Right in the middle of Duval St. We had a room on the street and were concerned it might be really loud, but it was quite fine. Breakfast is included and was a really good selection. Boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bagels and fresh made waffles. For the price, I would of liked daily room servicing but that didn't detract from the overall experience.

They could service the rooms for longer stays. We were there 4 nights and had no one replace towels or bedding

Perfect location in Center a Duval Street could walk these direction easily and reach all of the attractions of old town. Key West has stayed here twice. Last time was during Covid staff always super friendly and helpful. Only real thing that could’ve made it better was having some kind of protein example, bacon, sausage or ham. They did have great waffles with very fresh fruit and yogurt parfaits lots of bagel choices, and muffins.

The bed was a little soft, would’ve liked to been firmer, but my wife loved it.

The Duval House is in an excellent location. The property is beautiful. They have an outside courtyard and every morning, they open up a small outside house where you can grab your breakfast and eat in the courtyard or at an outside table. Everything is centrally located with the lighthouse and Hemingway house, just a block away.

Parking. They have about 10 spaces in the back which is great, but if you have a large truck, it's very tight. I will say that this is not a Duval House issue, but an issue with every B&B in that particular area. They do a great job with the space they have, but large trucks, just be prepared for a squeeze. We didn't drive anywhere when we were there, we rode bikes that the Duval House rents out to guests and they were perfect.

Front Desk Clerk was great. LOVED the backyard, and environments, there were ants on the adorandak chair I sat on... but hey its outside. Loved the key access and safety at night with the gate. Location is amazing and would love to see the other types of rooms you have. Would love to use you as my spot when I do come into town for business.

Lobby seemed crowded and a bit unorganized. For that rate would have wanted to see more of a 'put together' lobby area. I spent 20+ years in hotels so I have a keen eye. The breakfast was served too late, I missed it, had to work at 7:00 and get out of the hotel by then. Probably good for tourists however.. but not all of us are on vacation when we come. My room (17) was adorable.. and perfect size for me - short and single... but would have loved to have a desk where I could have done some work.. I know.. work?? BLBBBBBBBBB.

The garden and pool area were beautiful and a great place to kick back and relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very large and quite nice. The breakfast that was provided was also quite nice...bagels, waffels, fruit, yogurt with berries and granola. Overall a great experience. Close to everything but far enough away to feel secluded and quiet.

My only negative is that my traveling companions room was tiny and cramped. A bit pricy for the average traveler but overall a great experience.

This was our 2nd time staying at The Duval House, and what a difference a room makes! Last year we stayed in a small room in the back with just a queen sized bed and bathroom - not much room to move around, and the bed was a little small for us. We still had a great time, but the upgrade to the King Deluxe was unmatchable. Having the king sized bed, the high ceilings, space in the room and the balcony...we will book this same room each year going forward...#26!!!

The only thing that we were surprised about was not having any room service - we had to go and get new towels and request extra toilet paper - the room was not tended to at all during our entire stay. I'm not sure if this is the policy or if there was a staff shortage, but this should be known up front so we can make sure we are prepared up front.

You can’t beat the location of the Duval House Bed and Breakfast, it’s located right in the middle of Duval Street. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by the helpful staff. Breakfast was exceptional! You couldn’t ask for a warmer and friendlier service. Susie was very helpful and knowledgeable of the building and the area. The hot items are served right to your table. Great assortment from fresh fruit, yummy yogurt, assorted bagels, coffee, juice and delicious Belgian Waffles topped with confectionary sugar and fresh berries, etc. Enjoy your breakfast in the beautiful and relaxing courtyard. Clean and updated rooms in an old beautiful property. After a day of adventure come back and relax in the beautiful pool. Sit back and relax and enjoy what Key West used to be like.

Everything, almost. Suzanne and her breakfast options are amazing (waffles, bagels, etc ) Pool is good but non heated and a bit in the shade depending on the time of day. The buildings are historic, no children allowed so it is quiet and relaxing. Location is directly on Duval Street. Staff is great. Parking behind the hotel available on a first come first served basis for 20 $ (812 center street).

No ventilation in bathroom, see-through bathroom door and you can hear everything. But it's more of a detail. Bit pricey but then so is Key West.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with individual balcony to sit on and enjoy the fabulous patio and yard. Breakfast was good each day and the staff was quite pleasant and willing to offer ideas and assistance.

Right on Duvall street so you will hear some noise but that is to be expected but not unreasonable if you are in the back of the property.

Even though we stayed for a week, the toiletries weren’t refilled. The room was small and with the AC going, the wet clothes/towels wouldn’t dry, so we left them outside our room on the chair only to realize they were gone the next day - we got our shirt back after talking to multiple employees, but no new towels were offered.
