It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are big, very clean, and the breakfast is very good. The maid service is exceptional. We would recommend the hotel to everyone. We have stayed here many times, when coming to Lakeland, and it is always just as good as previously. It is also in a very good location.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed pillows. They are very soft, and flat.

breakfast was good but stopping at 9am was bad. When traveling no one wants to get up for breakfast before 9am especially on the weekends. The sheets on the bed were very scratchy. toilet paper very bad. every hotel has horrible toilet paper. I now bring my own. you should listen to your female guests as we are the ones who use it the most.

The breakfast was actually really good, really convenient. The rooms were very well kept, very clean, plenty of space for our belongings. We stayed a week so it was important to have a really good accommodation. My friends worked so I was alone at the hotel everyday. Working TV, easy to control.. mini fridge and microwave so I had everything I needed. As well as an ethernet for my laptop. I stayed in the king room and highly recommend.

The hotel is relatively new so the bed needed to be broken in a bit. I have a pretty bad back so there were some nights that my hips and lower back were hurting. Overall though it was still comfortable and very spacious.

It consists of pancakes, eggs, sausages, potatoes, fruit, danishes and of course OJ, apple juice, hot chocolate, coffee, etc… John was friendly and very courteous. The location was great. Away from a lot of traffic, and easy to get to I-4. I only had an issue with my cell phone signal in this one room, but when letting the front desk (Ciera) know, she changed my room to one that allowed me to get reception. Front desk (Vernice), was also great. Ciera and Vernice’s energy is very positive, from the way they greet you, to making sure that you enjoy / enjoyed your stay. Thanks for your excellent service.

the gentleman who ran the breakfast was so beyond phenomenal he went over and beyond to make sure we were able to eat anything we liked and if they were out he made sure to cook more.

The rooms were a little tight. I was hoping for some kind of divide where the kids could be separated while still being in the same room.

The hotel was clean and neat. Staff was very personable and helpful. Room was goos size, clean, and bed comfortable. Shower was clean, easy to control water temperature and nice water pressure.

The TV operations and how how to select a channel needs to be explained, i.e. selecting a 98.2 channel and pulling up thee TV guide. The location is in the industrial section of town and restaurants or stores are not close.

We have stayed here several times, and wouldn't stay anywhere else! It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The entire staff is wonderful. The room is always clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast is SUPER.

The only complaint was there was no pool or laundry facilities. Breakfast only was available until 9 a.m. With a family with 3 kids that was not very feasible. The view from our room was looking over a trailer park.
