GRERAT LOCATION! Loved being in good walking distance from our favorite bars and restaurants and Lake mirror. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean.

Restaurant food was bland and overpriced. They did not honor the unlimited Mimosas advertised with no hours listed on signage. Staff at restaurant very rude. Prices are very high for what you get.

if I had to list one thing, it would be, the hotel collects a $100 fee just in case you want to dine-in or make purchases during your stay. If you do not use the $100. it will be returned. the front desk staff gave me a hassle about proving a refund receipt of $100.00. Once I address this concern with the general manager, he accommodated me and provided a receipt with a signature.

Hotel has been beautifully renovated, rooms are well appointed. The breakfast was well above our expectations as we were able to order from the a la carte menu. Everyone we encountered during our stay, from the front desk personnel to the hotel manager, were most accommodating.

While the hotel is in an excellent location, and we did have a room with a lake view, there can be a bit of traffic noise from the street.

I have to say I really enjoy the nespresso coffee machine it was a big plus. We had housekeeping every day, they even came to replace the toilet seat because it was loose. Norma at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

The entrance stairs had a water leak or something on the 3 days it had a sign and it did not look good, Also I wish they had a breakfast included option with the room even if you have to pay a little more I think they should create a breakfast buffet for guests (optional).

I was thankful for the smiling faces and nice warm personalities as they were working Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I've had to work those holidays in the past and I understand how most don't like it as people don't appreciate those who work enough. I'm thankful for them helping to make my Christmas and those with me more special.

The room was great. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Staff was great, from valet to the desk. Would definitely stay again.

Our toilet was running constantly & needed attention, but it still worked. We told staff upon check out & they said they would have it fixed. Other than that, everything was great.

Hotel was in such an awesome spot to walk to allll of the best spots to eat and drink. Such a cute toe and the lobby was a whole vibe. Very trendy with an old town charm.

Our room was on the second floor facing Main St and it was LOUD at night. Rooms are small - if you’re traveling with a family book two adjoining rooms and ask for a room away from the busy street.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of downtown. Everything looked brandnew. The room was spacious and clean, the king size bed was very comfortable, complimentary water&nespresso incl.

Central Lakeland location with plenty of amenities. The remodelled rooms are a big improvement from our previous visit. Restaurant and bar facilities were very good as were the staff.

Street noise on the weekends was quite noisy as were some inconsiderate guests, neither of which are under control of the hotel.

I think the windows need more insulation - I was on a corner - lots of truck noise at night and could hear street noise I did not sleep as well as I would have liked - the room was nice and the bathroom good
