When arriving the young man working the front desk was very pleasant and respectful. I can not remember hus name. We complemented him on his customer service skills. Would also like to mention Fabienne. She was also very pleasant and her interaction with my mother in law when they started to speak in French. I was wide eyed because I did not know my mother in law spoke French. Thanks also to Jaylene and Tabitha. We will make Extended stay are first choice when we have guest visiting from out of town for there visit. Forgot to mention that this visit was for my mother in law that was in town for her husband's planned surgery. Wanted to make sure she was comfortable and we picked the right place for her. She was very comfortable.

It was very clean and quiet!! The staff was great and very accommodating!! It was very roomy!!

The beds were rock hard but thankfully they had a large sofa that I slept on. They really need to get pillow top mattress. The cleaning staff did not wait for us to checkout at 11. We had gone out for a few minutes and when we came back the cleaning lady had been in our room. Not good!!!

Pool was open 8am-8pm. Breakfast a lifesaver. Provided pot and pan so we could cook

I didn't like the hallways waze and communal areas were so hot. I had to take the towels that we use and exchange them for clean new ones. The cellular service was horrible both inside and outside. The room keys had to be reset everyday at least once a day.

Breakfast could be better. Overall I enjoyed my stay! Nice location!

Hotel key kept getting me locked out. Can’t be close to a phone and wallet or you’re screwed. Where else are you supposed to put them other than a purse?

The hotel was much better than what we expected. It was located in a very pleasant part of town with easy access to good roads. The room was the only part of the hotel that we used. It was excellent. We were gone early in the morning and didn't return until late in the evening. The room was quiet even though the parking lot was full.

The front desk receptionist at 10:30 pm on July 16th was amazing. She was running her butt off and so helpful!!! Can't compliment her enough. The beds and pillows were very comfortable!

The shower water didn't get real hot. It was warm enough to shower but I like my water hot.

Room was clean. Plenty of linens; asked for dishes and were received in a timely manner. Ample parking and restaurants in the vicinity

Constantly had to have the key recharged during the stay. Had to ask for the pet door sticker. Lots of trash in can on the morning of check out, however, they seemed to come around eventually to remove it. Water in the pool was very cold and the breakfast offered was nothing to speak of.

Excellent location. Very close to good restaurants. Exceptional staff at check-in and out. Very clean. Pet friendly. A little pricey.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants. It was cozy and felt like home. I loved that the inside and outside was clean.

They waited till the last minute the day of my check in to call me and let me know that they did not have any handicap accessible rooms and the Staff member that call me was very rude.
