Breakfast was included and was as I expected having stayed at this level of hotel before. It had a small steam table with scrambled eggs & breafast meat selections. There was also a waffle maker, a pancake maker, a yogurt maker, a selection of small pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, & coffee.

The organization is obviously trying to save money. There is no daily changing of bedding or towels, however you could request that if needed. The facillities are showing some wear from use, and could use some updating, painting, etc. Also the hotel is located in an area of Leesburg that made us a little nervous, but we had no problems,

The night time staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was nice and clean, the bath worked amazingly, and the bed was very comfortable!

The morning time staff at checkout was slightly rude and passive aggressive, claiming I smoked marijuana in the room because he slightly smelt marijuana which could have been coming from any number of open doors or other people in the hallway. Seemed as if they were trying to get out of returning my $100 deposit.

Rooms were fairly quiet. I didn't hear a lot of hall noise and they were pretty much packed for BASS tournaments.

Parking is a nightmare with boats needing to charge. There is no turnaround if you pull in the wrong way. Very tight quarters in the lots. The grass area has a huge hole and it appeared to be very soft. If it's a tournament I would find another place.

Great location for fishing a local bass tournament. Friendly staff. Elevator was out of service briefly and was addressed promptly. I liked the wide parking spaces. Ample parking. The breakfast was served as advertised and the food area was clean and well stocked.

The shower rod was in need of repair. The shower curtain kept slipping to the middle from each end.(it was not hung properly and was low in the middle). The rod cover/fixture on the left end was not secure.

The staff were immensely hospitable! We felt incredibly welcoming. The breakfast options were good too. Again, the staff made the stay amazing! Thank you!

The doors were a pain; we were locked out twice. The keys didn’t work and had to be changed. The shower could have been better cleaned, the corner of the tub had some stains but the cleaning staff were so polite and friendly and gave us what we requested which made up for it.

Had to change our king room because the toilet could not flush (chain broke off of flapper inside tank). We were put in a double queen room....unfortunately. Nice room but not a king with a sofa. Your staff was awesome. Even brought the key up to us because of the inconvenience.

The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet, considering the fact that it is very near a busy street. I liked that we could walk to the CVS and a nice little restaurant.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, as you almost use an alley to get to the building. One of the front desk people was perhaps having a bad day, and was pretty grumpy when I asked for a bit of help in the breakfast area.

Breakfast was good. Had a variety of every thing and tasty. The rooms were kept clean.

More vending machines with chips, candy sandwiches, cookies, just more snacks only saw drink machines.

Breakfast was good. The checkin person was very helpful . We couldn’t make our key work. He came down twice to show us how to bend the card to make it work

There was a banging noise in the room both during the day and at night.

Very clean hotel room with new beds. Quiet at night. Clean non-heated pool.

Breakfast was served only until 9 am which was a surprise and we missed it. Check-in person was not too friendly when it came to covid related air-conditioning questions. In fact, all was okay but the person made me feel I was bothering them. That was the last thing I need when arriving late with a tired family.
