When I stayed for my wedding weekend 07/02/22.Everyone was so awesome to me and my wedding party.

I made reservations for 07/27/22.For 2 nights get to the hotel to checkin.The woman at the front desk was very nasty to me and my husband.We were told we couldn't use a loaded debit card,which was a lie because this the same card we used our prior stay.Matter fact my whole wedding party used prepaid cards for there stay.When I told her this she said the front desk clerk didn't know what he was doing.And that she just refused to take other guest prior to us.We had just traveled from Tampa we were tired and sleepy,she didn't care.So we had to find another room.So I will no longer be staying there.Or recommending any of my friends or family to stay there.

In fairness, I must disclose that we stayed only half a day and had to relocate due to a town-wide power outage. However, our half-day stay was wonderful. This hotel is spotless, the staff are above and beyond friendly and helpful, the pool was delightful (and clean!), and the room had everything that we would have wanted for our original four nights. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll rebook here. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very Clean

On the website it needs to be better explained that a first time visitor to the area should use the address of 911 E. Dixie Av. not the address mentioned on the website and that address will take a person to a dead end residential neighborhood. Navigation system(s) confuse Street with Avenue.

It was clean. It was perfect size room. There was free breakfast, and it was not just continental. The variety of the food was great and different options each day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

There was not a air vent in the bathroom. Since the bathroom is directly off the living room area, right where people are sitting, they really need a fan. Also it would have been nice to have a light dimmer in the bathroom. The light was extremely bright....not good for middle of the night bathroom visits.

Everything! This is by far the best hotel that I’ve visited in over a five year span! Just a little over our budget but once we got inside our room it was worth the over limit that we had ❤️

Love everything, including breakfast

location is excellent. breakfast is great.

the only thing I personally did not like is the television stations that were available, other than that everything was very good.

I liked that the rooms were clean and modern. The fire pit was broken—-that was a bit disappointing because I was looking forward to an evening sitting by the fire. The breakfast food was very good—-perhaps a choice of fruit in addition to bananas—-maybe oranges or apples. Also herbal tea varieties for those who don’t want caffeine.

I love the location and the size of my room. The hot breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and very informative. Location was great.

I wish you would’ve been more covered parking

Staff was friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean & in good location.

Due to a large number of children’s sport teams, staying in hotel, the breakfast & pool area’s were noisy & packed.

Nice looking, clean, convenient to town.

Don't like having to put room key in a slot to run electric in kitchen. Cost 30 extra for one night?? Too much just to use a kitchen to make coffee and wash a cup.
