Microtel Inn & Suites Leesburg

I loved the items of finger foods, snacks, and tolietrieses idea for sale. The GM was genius for thinking of an idea to assist the travelers. The breakfast was excellent and overall prepared with the upmost cleanliness. The coffee station with freshly brewed coffee all day is a win, win. Cleaning of the rooms every three days was a little puzzling when everything else was absolutely wonderful. Over all a magnificent vacation spot.

The facilities were very clean. The smell was clean. The room was roomy and bathroom was extra clean. The staff was very friendly. I got to the hotel at noon, locating myself, but the front desk allow me to check in at that time. That was so nice, and she was so friendly. Thanks

The outside noise at time filtered into the room. But then I was transfered from the 2nd floor to the first floor for my second night, and the AC and outside noise were much quieter.

Room was clean, check in was easy. Most importantly the staff was courteous and friendly. It was my father's 92nd Birthday. I had made a comment to Clark. He was working behind the desk. He sang happy birthday to him and later came to the room with a birthday bag of goodies and a card and sang for him again. It was awesome! Dad loved it. Very thoughtful and went the extra. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be using them again!

The staff member who welcomed us was very nice. The young man that takes care of the breakfast area is very attentive and keeps it clean and well stocked. The room size was ok, There were some glitches but it was an OK stay.

I requested a non smoking room, but when I entered the room I knew someone had smoked there. They should have a special deodorizer to change the smell. My toilet was clogged and when I reported it I was offered a plunger. I am not a plumber nor their maintenance personnel. There was no sugar free syrup for the pancakes. They should take in consideration the diabetic people in the United States. Most of the staff was nice. I did not get housekeeping the second day but they have unplugged the toilet but left it dirty. I had to ask for extra towels.

The breakfast was fantastic and the beds are very comfortable.

As with all other hotels I think check out should be extended to at least 12. And the breakfast can be extended an hour longer also. A lot of the times you are in a motel for relaxation and you might not get up as early as you normally do

The room was actually pretty small but it had enough room for a three night visit. It was clean and adequate. The breakfast was adequate with juice, cereal, a pancake maker and microwave breakfast sandwiches. The only problem with the breakfast sandwiches was that they were frozen and only one small microwave for a lot of people. The breakfast room was small but the staff kept the food coming and kept the room clean. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. There were plenty of places to eat and shop in walking distance.

I really enjoy the layout of this room..has the separation of living room with a hide in bed and the bedroom ..I mostly enjoy how thoughtful the window had like a place to look out and a comfy cushion to lay on for readers which I did n accidentally fell asleep..the bed was one of the most comfortable belive slept on..but felt like the frame needed replaced or tighthen. Over all was amazed and thankful I could bring my cat which gave him some space away from my family ..enjoyed throughly

The room was a good value. It was my first time at Microtel. The breakfast was a bit of a let down but overall I would book another Microtel hote,

The room was fine but did show it's age a bit. I did tell the desk on my check out about the leaking shower. There was also more noise from foot steps in the room above me. I have been coming up to the area for the last few weeks staying in hotels of comparable pricing. This was more noise than I had been hearing

Hunter, the front staff person, was amazingly kind throughout our stay. The man who was keeping the breakfast stocked was also very kind. I do wish there were more hot options for breakfast, but for the price, it was fine. Very close and convenient to the Big House for the basketball tournament we were there for. Lots of dining options very close.

The pool was extremely small, but we could get some sun, which was a plus.

We are from Pa. and jokingly said we'd need them to cut back the trees so the pool got sun all day.........But, only kidding...We don't get a lot of sun in Pa. and was really enjoying all we could get.
