had done a very late booking. when arrived asked if i could cancel the 2nd day becos hotel was too far from where i needed to be. was told i had to do that with bookingm.com. on their website it said it was a property decision. i called again with this info and told the same thing. calling booking.com they had to call property to make decision. it was favorably resolved yet i feel at check in it could have been taken care of versus my being on phone so late in the evening.

I can’t recall the man name but he was very nice when I checked into the hotel. We had causal conversation and he answered all my questions. The room itself was very nice. I loved the bathroom. Everything was so spacious and homey feeling.

I didn’t care for the breakfast but that’s okay.

Could not be happier with the customer service! Shortly after arriving, we received a phone call about a family emergency. We had to immediately check out. The hotel was very gracious and did NOT charge us for the night. Could not be happier with their service!

The breakfast was perfect. The location was exactly where we wanted to be.

We were not able to get a military discount because of the way the booking was made. We felt we spent too much for each room. The hotel did not make up our rooms on one day after we were out the whole day. we understand things happen. We went to the front desk and were able to get more towels for the next day.

the staff was AMAZING! the hotel was packed with people escaping hurricane Ian and they never flinched! they were as calm and welcoming as if nothing was out of the ordinary.

the tub enclosure was heavily caulked and nothing could have been done to make it look inviting.

Breakfast and location was excellent. Room was clean.

I thought the pet deposit of an extra $50.00 was extravagant. I have a 10 pound Chihuahua mix and she did nothing but sleep. I wouldn’t mind the cost if it was refundable but that’s a lot to pay! The room was clean but the wall was coming apart from the shower. The rates were very high. I paid almost $400 for 2 nights.

I booked double queen beds and got 1 king bed when we checked in. Was promised to get what I paid for but was always given a run around

We evacuated during the hurricane and hotel was full. The staff did an excellent job. Breakfast was good. Loved the Pancake maker machine

One room was a little smelly, like dog, but appeared clean

The breakfast was very good. There was a good selection of hot and cold food. The location was central to where we wanted to be.

The shower was in a bathtub and not a walk in, but they did have bars to hold on to.

Breakfast was good. Very nice to be able to get up in the morning and not have to wonder where you are going for breakfast.

Our room was quite small compared to others who paid the same for a much larger room.
