Excellent location and excellent views. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and Clean!! Good housekeeping staff and front desk staff as well.

The breakfast buffet was lacking inventiveness and selection and was a little over price considering the quality you receive. Unfortunately this property has a huge design flaw approaching the North Tower the hotels guests have to pass all the garbage AC laundry and waste facilities on their way in and out of the North Tower.( this area should be partitioned off and hidden from the eye of the guest's view as well as the odors coming from that area are very foul and funky smelling)🤔🤢

Beach is beautiful except for the sand flies that come up at night. Facilities are clean as expected for DT/Hilton.

$14 a day for parking...for what? Its a frigging parking lot..self parking...normal price is $8 with Valet. Restaurant is struggling and non competitive wth local fare as well as overpriced... Adult beverages overpriced... Housekeeping one time for 4 day stay...had to go to front desk for more coffee and towels... room service plates and trash sitting outside of rooms for days not picked up... The cookies that are given out at the desk need to be checked for bugs...placed cookies on counter in room and you could see these very small bugs crawling from the packaging..threw them away.

If you like being near the ocean, well this exceeds. You are literally on the ocean front. With a back balcony overlooking the Atlantic, and the front balcony overlooking Palm Bay and Intercoastal views, this hotel had all the views. The hotel team was very accommodating to my needy aunt. They dnt accept tips with anything, which I wish we were able to leave because the team was fantastic. The ocean breeze was great. Pelicans flying right by your balcony, and treasures along the beach front.

Honestly, there wasn't one thing I didn't like. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but my aunt did and aid it was great. The area seemed to close restaurants down around 8, but thinking it was because we went in April. (not hotels fault)

The location is fantastic! The staff here was incredible. From check in to house keeping, the bar tender outside and the cabana boy. The other families were all great too. The kids had a blast in the pool and on the beach. At night my girls got to watch baby turtles make their way to the ocean and run around catching crabs.

Nothing I didn’t like per se….. Typically when I travel it’s nice to have a complimentary breakfast buffet included and 24hr coffee available.

The balconies are small but 2 people can sit on them. View is straight out to the ocean, not much side views. We did watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral and view of it was good. We would stay again.

Food was a little pricy, Drinks were expansive and not as much alcohol as I like. Some noise from construction on the South towers, but we knew about it before arrival.

property was nice. Easy to get to . I’m close to the beach with very minimal amount of congestion on the beach.

We had an issue with the lock on the door. Second day there had to have somebody come up and work on it and spent two hours of my vacation time dealing with this and unfortunately didn’t get any compensation would’ve been nice to been offered something. Was not aware of the property being under construction.

The parking fee of $14 per night is an obvious play for more revenue without being reflected in the price of the room. Be straight-forward with pricing.

Excellent view of the Atlantic from the room. Easy access to the beach and the pool at the hotel was a great addition to the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this Hotel.

The coin laundry didn't work as it can't accept the credit card due to internet issues. The corridor at the hotel was dusty due to construction work ongoing at the north wing.

Location

One of the towers were under construction, but it was actually landscape work, building improvement, etc. I have no issue with that but there was no quiet time by the pool. I would have loved to know this and would have chosen to stay somewhere else. Especially when paying for beachside.

Awesome view of quiet beach. All suites face the ocean. Second floor and above suites have unobstructed views with balconies that can seat two with a little side table in between. King room was modern, quiet and spacious for two guests. Unlike the beach in Southeast Florida, the sand is hard-packed and great for walking and jogging. The location is relaxing but convenient to area sights.

The hotel needs some updating but the value for the room night, considering the view, is worth a little old-fashioned ambience. There is no lobby bar and the pool bar is pretty nondescript. Our room wasn't ready upon check-in and there seemed to be a shortage of housekeeping staff, which is not unusual currently. The hotel does not clean the rooms daily, and refreshes towels and toiletries only upon request or once every several days. This might become an annoyance for those staying more than a night or two.
