the location was great! the rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view, The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious.

There is no pool at this hotel and the only place to relax outside is the rooftop restaurant. The air conditioner would frequently turn on and off throughout the night and it was very noisy. It was not really working it was humid in the room

Not sure I have the words to express how exceptional our stay was at Hotel Melby - couldn't wait to write this review. Upon checking in, Angel was yes, just that, an Angel !! She was so gracious and welcoming, we felt at home immediately. She was kind enough to give us drink coupons for the rooftop bar/restaurant 'The Landing' which is one of the most fabulous places in Brevard County. Walking distance to EVERYTHING !!! Communication thru text was so up-to-date and convenient along with the text I received offering us 40% off if we'd like to stay an extra night. Thought about it long and hard !!! Brunch at the Landing was over-the-top - Service from Rebecca the night before and morning brunch was top rated. Love this place and will go back time and time again !!! Thank you ☺

Zero / Nothing / Nada / Zilch

I absolutely loved the room and everybody there was very kind and helpful. I didn't know till there that it would cost $ 24.00 to park my car there without even using so i didn't and my son had me park next door to hotel at his job. Also I felt whoever designed the structure didn't understand how painfull it is for disabled ( even if you can't see like very bad back ) how hard it is standing around for elevators every trip. But as I said. It was very nice as well as the employee's and I would definately stay there again. It's location was Perfect ! KPB *****

The location was convenient for what we wanted to do. staff was friendly. beds were lovely/comfortable. Room was a good temperature

Would have been nice to have a complimentary water bottle in the room particularly given the heat but to charge $5.00 for a bottle is robbery. Hot water took too long to get hot

All the staff at the hotel was exceptionally very nice I made sure that everything was very comfortable for us and the food at that rooftop restaurant was excellent we're not far from Melbourne only about 25 minutes we're definitely going to have to try to make this a once a month get away weekend

Parking can be a little challenging I just happened to go in the garage at the perfect time

no pool, to get ice you must call the desk and have it delivered to the room. charged for parking but parking is not saved. returned to the hotel to find parking filled had ti park two blocks and walk in the rain. was it there was a private event and anyone can park here. I ask for parking charge to be returned. Rooftop was closed to guests because of private party.

Loved the location, Rooftop restaurant/bar and rooms. Staff really friendly and couldnt asked for more!

Only small issues, firstly the shower would leak onto the floor and also the ceiling wasn't painted in. Nothing else and only small issues (due to being a new hotel)

The location is excellent, lots of places reachable by walking or short drive.

Did not like the feeling that we were in a room that just wasn't finished. I guess the unfinished concrete ceiling is supposed to be trendy, but it really just felt like they didn't finish it. Every table on the rooftop bar/restaurant had reserved signs on it, so there wasn't any place to sit on a Saturday night...but we just sat down anyways. Everyone around us had the same comments about how every table was "reserved".

Cool rooftop bar. Friendly front desk staff. Nice location. Comfortable beds. Nice room views. Spacious showers and great shower heads. Great location for downtown entertainment, restaurants and bars.

Bartenders on rooftop bar could be a bit quicker and more engaging when attempting to order a drink (ie, I’ll be right when you). Color scheme in the room was already dated and not great design or style. Whatever interior designer Hilton hired for this tapestry collection Hotel should be fired. I get the industrial look, but missed the Mark. This comment comes from someone who’s wife is a professorial interior designer! She didn’t like it. Also, slow and not enough elevators for when it’s busy. Coffee bar downstairs in the morning could use beefed up. Only had 1 coffee dispenser and no decaf.

The room was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. We particularly liked the fact that you couldn’t get to the floors with the rooms on unless you had one of their keyless entry cards. That was a good security feature. The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful.
