We brought our own breakfast because yours was so limited. Would not consider it as breakfast provided. Could affect our future decision to stay here. Nice to have full size fridge and stove. Staff was very courteous. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Enjoyed comfortable chair. Excellent location.

There were no dishes, toaster, pots in the room. We had to transport everything from downstairs. No soap to wash dishes. Kitchen was not set up for extended stay. When requesting dishes, we were told they were limited and had to be washed before ready for pickup. Would like two chairs for eating at counter.

Christina was awesome I had a issue and she was quick to help me out and problem was solved she went above and beyond the help I needed she always so kind calls use by our names and I know that can be hard with all the different people that come and go I truly enjoy staying here they make it as comfortable as possible thanks for the great work y’all do

My daughter & I have been looking for an apartment & have been staying in hotels for weeks during this process. This is one of the top 3 that we have stayed in & have to say the STAFF is a 10! Every single person I spoke to or interacted with during my stay was very pleasant. They were all very friendly and personable & being a people person myself I notice these things!

Nothing comes to mind

I felt like I was at home. It has a feel of an apartment. Due to it's amenities. It's the only hotel in the area that hàs a oven.. so if you get tired of eating out make yourself a home cooked meal. All the staff was super nice and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Located next to Melbourne Square Mall and very near some pretty nice dining.

My only concern about this property is water pressure, it was pretty much non-existent. Other than that no major gripes.

The Staff is so wonderful there's one I like to really compliment on her name is Shelly she works at the front desk she always so happy and very polite 😊 and will go above and beyond to her ability to help she's great
