Room a little small for 4.

Our room was very nice, a private Cabana! There was a beautiful, private outdoor patio where breakfast was served. Also a beautiful walkable neighborhood with a Target & shops, restaurants and Beautiful South Point Park, on the water, was a easy five minute walk, which we enjoyed exploring. Charley, manages the property, watched our luggage until we could check in, texted us when the room was ready early, gave us a bottle of wine to Celebrate our Anniversary! Charley is the sweetest Guy!

Nice place, great spot, most of the staff were so so friendly, really welcoming to our children, however two of the breakfast staff (one in particular) were impatient, grumpy and pretty rude.

The shower head in the bathroom was not working properly and the floor had hair all over it in the bathroom and bed room

Nice location - secure area, 15 min walk to the beach and to the grocery. Private parking (free if you book room at least for two days). We had our own house there (not just room), so it was perfect place to stay with all you need there. Breakfast was tasty; you can choose one of several options (eggs, pancakes etc) and staff will cook it just for you, so it will be fresh and warm. We had breakfast outside, at the small garden - it was nice, but you also can seat indoors - it’s up to you. You also have drinking water in the room (you’ll love this option at summer) and you can ask staff to bring more if need.

Very good breakfast - freshly prepared for each guest. Very good location - 10-15 minutes walk to the South Miami Beach and easy access from the bridge. Friendly and helpful staff. We felt more like visiting good friends than in the hotel. I think this was a perfect choice!

I do not really see any areas for improvement. The rooms were not too big for 4 persons, but absolutely enough for mornings and evenings and there was enough space for the luggage too.

The staff was wonderful the room was great the best part was the breakfast. The hotel was literally the walking distance from Miami beach and Ocean Drive. The hotel was amazing the experience was peaceful from the minute we checked in till the minute we checked out. This was my wife's first trip to Miami and this resort stay definitely made it more memorable. This was a much better experience then when we stayed at the Sandalwood resort out by Huntington Beach last year where there was no security at night and the facilities in the room were not working. I don't know the guy's name but he is from Switzerland who served us breakfast he is such a nice guy and very knowledgeable about Miami and he was telling me and my wife that he loves working at this resort and loves to meet new people from all over the world. I would definitely come back to this resort if or ever I go back to Miami.

The shower head had a little mildew and we noticed a lizard in our room that I killed either the first or second day. The bead could have been a little more comfortable for the both of us but other then that we had an amazing time it was worth the value that we paid for.

I loved it was close to Target, Burger King, and Publix. Ubers only take about two minutes or a minute to get to you. The restaurants are close by but I’d recommend taking an Uber if it’s hot outside because it will feel like ten blocks instead of five blocks. My fiancé and I went to Miami Beach and swam, took photos, and body boarded. (I took my body board with me) You can by souvenirs on the side of the beach on your way out. I loved the hotel because it was peaceful. You’re able to go out and have a good time and come back to peace and quiet! I like that they make your breakfast. I’d recommend the scrambled eggs with spinach, ham, tomatoes, and onion. Delicious! The banana and Nutella pancakes were good as well!

The website shows a hot tub on property which is no longer there.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and it was a perfect spot for our one night visit. We could walk to Ocean Drive in 10mins and there were lots of places nearby to eat or drink without feeling like we are right in the centre of the noise and partying.

The layout is a little unusual and I'm not sure I'd want to stay for an extended trip but otherwise, there's very little to complain about.

The house was so, so, so clean! The bedroom we had was white so it would be easy to show dirt but it wasn’t one bit dirty. Miami is a very crowded area but this place takes extra precautions by having the house completely gated so you need to have a code to get in or the first time they will buzz you in. Then the main door will also need a security code so you do feel very safe at this B&B.

I’m an early riser when I go on vacation so we typically leave our rooms around 7 if not earlier but this place does not serve Breakfast until 8:30. works for people that like to sleep in but for someone like me, it doesn’t work. I don’t typically have a big breakfast anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. One other thing, if you only stay one night, they don’t offer parking BUT there is parking one block away which was very easy to get to. At first I wasn’t happy regarding the parking BUT this was my first time in Miami and didn’t realize that there is typically very little parking anywhere and if there is, you always will have to pay. So a lesson learned by me.
