The room was adorable, cozy, and super clean; it came with little extras like snacks and water which are really important in a city like miami. The location of the hotel is super close to the water but also all the restaurants and nightlife. The beach is only one street away, cross that and your at the beach. For the distance from the beach, and being inside the beach i rate it a 9/10

I really enjoyed my experience overall. Only thing i did not like, was that some how my rooms keypad to unlock the door disconnected entirely and I had no way to get in unless the front desk opened my room each time i left ! It was a bit of a headache not being able to have my own key but none the less, the super sweet girls in the front were always willing to help !

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, like I wanted.

the hall to reach to the end of the floor was very narrow, was very uncomfortable to move my luggage, Had to carry it up the stairs because there was no elevator.

Breakfast included, ac in room by control in the room, Tv works and had cable, black out curtains really worked, ceiling fan also, location is excellent and on the quieter side of south beach, cvs across the street, they made an effort to anticipate needs including water bottles in the fridge that was a nice surprise. Water and cookies, tea at front desk. Beach towels provided with special card. Overall would stay again

Staff spoke Spanish a lot to each other making you feel unwelcome, some front desk were stand offish and some more welcome, as long as you don’t interact with them much it’s all good, front side of hotel has construction so you think hotel is closed but it is not, a little loud as you hear people shouting in the morning outside your door and woke me up even with bathroom fan on to drown out noise. During day it seemed quiet. Staff didn’t talk about breakfast at check in.

Great location, rooms were alright considering the price, the front desk was really nice and helpful with any issues/questions we had and the beach towels they provide free of charge are a nice bonus

The breakfast was a total waste of money, it is ok if you are staying a day or two but for a longer time you’re better off going to the store across the street, the breakfast has basicly no variety (3 things to choose from), there is a weird system of serving it where you have to wait in front of a room and then you get to eat it in your room… which has no table/chairs so you could eat normally… rooms even tho nice were poorly maintained in our room for instance the tiles on the floors were cracked and pieces broken off, the window could barely be opened/closed, bed was making all kinds of weird noises when u sat/layed down…

Good morning ☁️ to you FBH okay, now what I liked about the Fashion Boutique Hotel the lady and gentlemen receptionist at the front desk was very polite kind and respectful as well as helpful and friendly and the rooms smelled it fresh and was very clean also the bathroom area as well it was peaceful up on the second floor as well as convenient for my tour and exploring beautiful daytime walking and night time walking distance through to restaurants night clubs bars shopping stores laundry area locations and to ride on there Miami-Dade transit mobile Service bus to Bayside Market to continue my tour and exploring parts of Miami Dade county which is in Miami Florida ........🙂

The room was very clean.... Just a little more attention to details in corners and behind doors would really help. The linens were beautiful and clean, A Lovely light blanket was laid across the bed ,very quaint...The staff was very friendly and very helpful... The complimentary coffee ,hot water, cold water, Orange juice and little pastries was a great touch. It was in a convenient location to everything. I will definitely book this hotel again. Room 205

The 1st room they gave us smelled like smoke.... But the staff accommodated us and gave us a beautiful room That smelled fresh.

Excellent value for the location. Room larger than multiple friends’ in several different, much more expensive hotels.

Most staff not that great. But price, size of room and location made up for that. Knowledgeable and helpful girl on the nightshift much better than all the other employees. Only a handful (literally 6 or so) tv channels. Not the box in your room, don’t bother wasting time getting them to switch it out.

The Lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She likes what she is doing and she knows how to treat guest. She took the time to explain everything to us very well done. The Hotel was very Clean

a few staff was very Rude and unhappy with their jobs. Staff need to know there is Guest around them and they can understand what they say even if they're speaking in Spanish. Went to get Breakfast around 9.30 am and the lady who was there said "todo el Hotel viene a pedir desayuno a la misma hora" the time I went to get Breakfast it doesn't make any difference if the ending time was 10 am

Fantastic Location , The place was really clean and smelled amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful and really made us welcome. Comfortable beds and air con was lovely. Roof top area was our favourite bit.

WiFi didn't quite reach one of our room , it was the furthest room away however. Some aspects of the building are a little worn and dated but for the price it was expected

Great value for money hotel, in good location, close to South Beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Loved roof top terrace. Enjoyed relaxing after busy day, a little gem. Free water, coffee, fruit and snacks a nice gesture. Would recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful

It could be a little noisy, but didn't spoil stay. A chair in room would have been good.
