It was very spacious.

The property manager, Julieta, ignores your text. My necklace/ chain fell behind the headboard, which is in the master suite. Mind you, the headboard is semi nailed to the wall and can easily be removed and put back. As of now, no efforts have been made to retrieve it. She texted me one or two times, and when she did, she had an attitude. When you pay someone almost $2,000 for 3 nights, you expect a little more respect.The property was very nice. However, I'm very disappointed in Julieta.

Just location

1. Parking valet is all mess but the valet stuff they are cool . 2. Checking stuff was a security people Why ? Also not friendly at all they don’t care just whatever. 3.apartment first thing was smell smoke when is an nonsmoking apartment and I find out was trash let inside the apartment + cigarette inside the trash really !? Why !?no one check ? 4.Not carts to bring your luggage in 5. You have to take everything of your car before valet peo take your car away .  6.swim pool is close when whatever they want at night and not friendly to take the people out . I don’t like how they treats everyone . 7.the apartment has lot mold 8 .the shower was cloth all the time when you take a shower . 10. Not many outlets to charge your electronics . 11.one of the tv not work.

We loved the location for access to the free trolley, bike path and beach. We liked that there were 2 small stores on site to get anything we needed that we might have forgotten...and snacks/drinks. We liked that the room only needed a code to get in...so no key cards to carry around. Very easy. The room was clean and very cute. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathtub and shower were not in the best shape. There was a constant drip that could be quieted when put on the bathtub spicket. It was louder with the shower head.

The pool is a nice size but there is no shade whatsoever. There are no umbrellas by any chairs. We used our friends' pool every day as it was much more accommodating and inviting. The spray off area was gross. There was wet sand everywhere as it was outside of the pool area. There were no drains. There is also no cafe or restaurant in the building...so it was challenging to find a coffee and breakfast food in the morning. This was very inconvenient.

The view is everything! So tranquil, just what I needed. Major bonus: PRIVACY on the balcony, almost impossible to find that in Miami. I was able to sunbathe in the mornings without worry of any onlookers.

Nothing that management isn’t already addressing. They seem to be continually doing upgrades, the staff even came by with complimentary snacks and a welcome sheet. I ate at the recommended sushi spot, it was super delish and in walking distance. Traveler Tip: This is a large hotel-style condominium building. There are several vacation rental companies that operate within, I’ve had some bad experiences some of the others. I will only be booking with Castle Beach Apartments from now on.

We have booked this hotel at the same day as arriving due to our flight was cancelled. I’m happy with the good price for such a nice suit. the view from the balcony is a stunner, absolutely beautiful Atlantic Ocean. the bed is very comfortable and the sofa in a semi separate area is great too. great swimming pool and easy access to the beach. A few small convenience shops is in the basement. Valet parking on site.

The furniture at the kitchen unit was clean, but peeling off, and there was no tea kettle, no stovetop. I like to make tea and had to use the coffee maker. Also, there were only few outlets for plugging the phone. The area around the hotel is beautiful, but not much choices for eating out or shopping, unless you drive a little.

Security staff was rude! Our host Jessica and her assistant assisted here and there but stopped answering! We needed to wash our towels and weren’t provided all the towels we were suppose to get! The laundry card machine was out of cards and had to find a laundry mat to wash our towels and clothes! I mentioned that to jessica about the cards being out and how security was rude and never got reply or an offer to get more towels!

I have been staying here for an extended length of time, the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They’ve taken excellent care of me.

They are constantly doing upgrades to the rooms and the building seems to be doing some renovations, just a little noise(only until afternoon)can be heard from balcony but nothing that would stop be from going back.

The place was small but beautiful. Comfortable beds. Nice blackout curtains. Easy access to the beach. Everything was very white and immaculate. Convenience shop on the main floor.

The stove top was ridiculously small. You cannot cook there. The beach has a step at the entrance of the sea that makes the access difficult for an older person, but good for younger folks.

Far away from restaurants and shops. Car is really needed because buses don’t come very often. It seems like it was a fancy condo like 20 years ago but lucks of maintenance. Some days, out 4 elevators just 1 was working. Curtains were pretty transparent so lot of sunlight in the morning.

Clean…. Spacious… Pool area with Tikki Bar .. Beach right outside the hotel the hose did a good job provided everything the kitchen had plates forks knives coffee pot she also left two beach chairs extra towels amazing the only concern was there was issues with the Wi-Fi and I was not able to connect to my mobile data but as soon as I informed a host she was right on it I stayed on the fourth floor room 429
