the facility was close to the beach.

upon checking in a lady was given a room that she stated to have gotten bad reviews with the air condition on line and the front desk person did absolutely nothing to accommodate her in another room. he kept saying over and over  he could do and to call the people that she booked the reservation with. The lady kept telling the gentleman that the Alexander hotel is the one that assigns the rooms and he totally ignored her not good customer service.

Location was good as it was right on the beach. Needed an uber to get to local shops and to get to the bars and clubs on the strip. But the Alexander Hotel was in a nice quiet location , pools were nice and the ataff at the bar pool area were very attentive.

Loved the pool areas especially the adult only pool , it was nice to be able to get away from the kids and spend time at the pool with just adults while the gym was basic enough, it satisfied my needs . Proximity to beach was excellent.

I loved when me and the fam switched rooms for a better style-view. I loved the Hospitality service,easy pool and beach access this hotel has to offer. Last i just loved that i celebrated my birthday in Miami with my family,this hotel and activities we did around the area to enjoy ourselves!!!

switching rooms because the stove didn´t work in the kitchen. Not realizing when you´re enjoying the sun out on Miami beach to remind yourself their is a pool to at this oceanfront property. Last i should have stayed longer this beach Miami has to offer with its side adventures to enjoy needs more time for you to do more!!!!

very nice pools, good location, beautiful beach and boardwalk, comfortable room.

The apartment was very pretty, but a little shabby. Very few towels in the bathrooms for the number of people. The bathrooms should have towel racks and/or hooks. there was a very high extra cost for a change of linens within the week.

Loved our room and they Manager was willing and did assist us as well as the security guard named Duran. This was our 2nd time staying here and definitely will stay again

We didn't like that the room 808 had view of next door pool instead of the Alexander pool. Also the televisions in 3 of the rooms had no signal but the maintenance man fixed for us the 1st day then when it lost signal again the security guard came and showed us how to fix it

The room was really lovely with gorgeous furniture and an amazing view of the beach from our balcony. The entrance and foyer were just breathtaking and luxurious. The pool area is really clean and I loved the waterfall detail. It's also great that the hotel's right next to the beach. I actually prefer this beach to Miami Beach. The location was very central and close to Ocean Drive and other beaches.

The one thing I would have changed is that I wish the room had heating. It was unusually cold for Miami when we arrived and it was a bummer that the building did not have any heating at all. Therefore the room was a bit colder than we would have liked and we could not change it. If it's chilly outside make sure to bring extra comforters with you for your stay.

How nice and clean the room was. The valet parking was excellent. The staff was very friendly.

They didn't have enough towels to give to us after our first night so we went and brought our own so we wouldn't bother the staff.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ! EXCEPT THE YOUNG MAN IN THE RECEPTIONIST AREA....I THINK HIS NAME WAS ROGER- HE WAS NOT VERY PLEASANT TO HELP US.

Location was excelente great views

Such a great place and they go cheap on easy fixes. The dinner chairs we dangerous very week and loose legs . The kitchen cabinets were cheap several furniture were old.

the pool deck and the acces right to the beach was awesome! the room very spacious and the shop stores that are inside of the hotel very convenient!

No exaust fan on bathtooms, presure of shower was too high and needed extra bath towels.
