Loved the decor and originality of this hotel - felt cozy and fashionable all at once. The pool is beautiful and has lots of shady spots to escape the midday sun. Very close to the beach and has sun beds on the beach for guest use (umbrellas are extra $ though). Staff were really friendly and helped us to move to a different room when we had issues with some noisy neighbours - they went above and beyond to empathise and help us. Restaurant food is tasty and healthy options available. Bicycles to use which is a great plan for boardwalk exploring. Definitely recommend!!!

Only issue for us was the soundproofing as we spent a night listening to a very noisy couple next door. As mentioned the staff helped us with this the next day however the walls must be quite thin as it was possible to make out everything said. Bicycles are a bit past it and could be updated - however it's excellent they do have them.

The room was very comfortable, a great comfy bed, and a lovely boutique design, with a fridge, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower with amenities. The beach is not to far away (about 5 minutes walk away), and whilst they give you an umbrella and a chair to take to the beach, I'm used to being on the beach front, with the facilities already being there, so I found that odd. But, it would be good to take, as renting a seat and umbrella on the beach would be expensive...one organisation told me it was $150 a day! Florian was very helpful and had great customer service skills. There's no iron in the room, but they will provide it to you if you request it.

The walls are thin, which is a problem at night time when falling asleep. My safe wasn't originally working, but they fixed it once I informed them of this. Also, I wasn't told on check in about the high incidental daily fee in addition to the actual charge for the room, so it was a shock when I checked my credit card and saw I was charged approximately $300 more. I discussed it with them and they explained what it was, and it would eventually be removed. Also, I didn't get the kitchenette included in my room, even though this was the room I paid for, but I got the fridge and it was a spacious room, so not too bad.

Mid-beach location far from vibrating south beach buzz. Easily accessible with Bus 150 (airport express). Free Beach trolley bus stop in front of the hotel. Inexpensive restaurants, grocery minimarkets, and Walgreens are just within walking distance. The best thing is that the beach is just 2 blocks from the hotel!!! Fancy room interior! Free bikes to ride!

It was not possible to open any window in the accommodation. AC is only for air exchange which is not too healthy. Please put lights on the bicycles!

I love the design/decor and aesthetic of the hotel. very chic and staff at the front desk are very friendly & helpful. perfect mid beach location. no crazy party scene!

The only thing that happened during our stay was that we ordered a few drinks one night, and when we had the “pls clean the room” sign up the next day before we left for the day. When we came back, the room was ‘half made’. so the bed was made, the towels were replaced but those drinks glasses were still there, the hairdryer that we left on the floor was still there on the floor as well. Just a bit odd that it was done kind of half way. but that only happened once. overall it’s a great experience.

I loved my stay at the Palihouse in Miami Beach. The standout was the service. I was kindly greeted by Florian and Damien who made sure my room accommodations matched my expectation of being away from an elevator and had a fridge. Throughout my stay Florian was present to greet me and assist with beach access each day. I found the room to be very spacious, functional, and well decorated. I loved the amenities of the hotel. I enjoyed swimming in and lounging by the pool. The food at the hotel was good and there were both indoor and two outdoor areas for dinning. The hotel wifi was also strong in all the common areas and guest rooms, making remote work easy. I found this to be an exceptional value for what I paid and will consider returning during a future stay to Miami beach. It was my first time staying closer to mid-beach vs south beach, and I really enjoyed the general neighborhood ambiance. The hotel is so close to the beach, literally a block walk from the 31st street beach so that has a huge bonus for me. I found myself going for both a morning swim and a longer afternoon visit. While I did not use the service, the hotel is also directly across from the free Miami Beach trolley stop.

No complaints. However, if you are looking for of a high end service, the beach access may not be your favorite. You have to carry your chair to the beach or take a hotel golf cart. If you were looking for a lounge chair at the beach, you may need to consider renting one.

Cool boutique hotel in Miami Beach, only 2 block from beach, free rental bikes, cute pool area and welcoming bar, lounge area. Great interiors and lovely staff.

Only complaint was our room smelt mouldy when you entered it, and as you couldnt open the windows, this smell never changed. It only smelt when you entered the room in the hall, then didn't notice as you went into the room proper. Appeared that the rug had been wet and not dried properly, didn't actually affect us apart from the instanteous smell, and we didn't mention at the time.

We stayed in room 401 , top floor , corner room with private balcony that looked onto the creek and downtown Miami beyond. The room we stayed in was nice and spacious as we selected the Superior King Room. It worked out around $400 per night which we thought was expensive but its pretty much on par for Miami. The location is easily found and allows access to most parts of Miami. The hotel is located adjacent a Trolley bus stop that is every 10-15 minutes and is free. Opposite is Indian Creek which is nice to look onto. Fresh towels daily. Staff helpful and pleasant throughout stay. Location nice and quiet with a Starbucks and supermarket a 5 min walk away.

Parking in Miami is hard to find and when you can its expensive. We paid an additional $25 per day and its not pro rata so $100 for just over 3 days. The Hotel only had 3 bikes and these where available on a first come first served basis. Coffee in the bedroom was complimentary but we had to request coffee pods daily as we were only given 2 per day.

The staff - especially Flo at the front desk - was absolutely wonderful. At every turn he went above and beyond and really brought that lost sense of hospitality and guest relations from another time. The room was excellent with a great view, spacious, good shower, and very comfortable bed and bedding. It was also spotlessly clean.

Their fleet of (free, included in resort fee) rental bikes could use a re-fresh. But it is difficult to find fault with such an excellent, well-run, friendly, and accommodating hotel.

The hotel design was so good as expected. Room service was good, staffs were friendly, the lounge was so good. Also, must use swim pool if using this hotel

Everything was nice but room cleaning was a bit not that good (bed sheet was not that clean). Also, I could hear some sounds from next door
