- Excellent location (on the beach and also walking distance from South Beach ~ 30 min; close to several restaurants, shops etc. - e.g. Starbucks, 24/7 Subway, markets, even gift shops); - Great beach service (free sunbeds, umbrellas and towels for the hotel’s guests, clean beach). The hotel also has a pool with plenty of sunbeds, in the middle of lots of palm trees :); - Wonderful and varied buffet-style breakfast (you can also have dinner at the hotel); - Spacious and well-equipped rooms (safe, mini-bar, hairdryer, iron, even ironing board); - Good house keeping. Also, the mini-bar was constantly refilled with new bottles of water when cleaning was done; - Helpful staff, considerate of the guests’ needs; - Diverse hotel amenities (bar, pool bar, small convenience store and a tours&activities reservation desk inside the hotel).

- The service elevator was the only one working for several days; - Loud ventilation noise (coming from the outside of the room) during daytime until evening.

The pool was out of use for the entirety of our stay due to it being deep cleaned after a storm the previous week, and then they had to wait 4 days for an inspection by the local authorities? We weren't informed by email before our trip, and if we were we might of cancelled or chosen another hotel in the same location. The two hotel pools either side of our hotel were in use the entire time? on the plus side, we swam in the sea instead and there were beach sun beds available at no extra charge.

Great location. Room was comfortable and with great view. It is better to reserve room with breakfast included. Breakfast is 10/10! My brother is a meat eater, my sister-in-law loves sweet things and I’m a veggie person and we all found a lot of options. Staff were nice. Hotel exceeded our expectations.

The room was stinky. I have been there before multiple times and they were all stinky - maybe because of poor ventilation?! Hotel needs to do something about that. If this was fixed, hotel would be 10 out of 10.

This is a delightful hotel with an immediate entrance to the Boardwalk and beach. Plenty of places to sit in the lobby or by the pool. Trolley stop up front - for free trolley around Miami well worth doing

not to do with the hotel - not sure we werent ripped off by taxi from the airport who put us on meter when it should have been fixed fare. On way back we waited more than 2o minutes for the express bus which came late and was full so we couldnt get on. We recommend uber from airport

WAfter we have been moved after one night to the room that we booked we like the view and the size of the room. We like the breakfast and dinner buffet. There were a lot of choices and the price for the dinner was good. Staff in the restaurant were always kind and helpful. The location was good too. We like the fact the beach was next to the hotel. The double beds were comfortable but two small for two adults.

We didn't like the fact that we were given different room despite that we paid more for ocean view. We didn't like the fact that we have to argued to get what we have paid for. We didn't like the fact that staff blame booking.com for it because we think the instruction on the website is very clear. Also we were 3 adults but we had towels only for two As recommendation, I appricate your smoking policy but we are sure you could have smoking area where people could sit in the shadow rather standing by your front enterece or in the back in direct sun light. We know that smoking is choice but we still pay money to stay with you and we deserve to enjoy our break as equily as non smokers

The staff, hotel os very clean and the size of the room.

Horrible evening buffet, i would reconsider the chef. I did not even find one thing that liked in that buffet even desserts. Also the pillows in the rooms super uncomfortable. I would also invest a bit of mo ey for the long chairs on the beach, so old and super uncomfortable.

The pool area was great and the location of the beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs was awesome as well. The included breakfast was OK, the coffee was very good!

The mattress in our room had an undulation or hole that made it very uncomfortable. Room 533 the left bed when facing towards them. When we checked in the people at the front desk were great, but when we checked out the person at the front desk was not very nice. It's the last thing you remember and that wasn't a pleasant experience. I had a question about the breakfast charged to the room and he wasn't pleased that I was asking and he acted more like a policeman. The rest of the staff were very nice.

The rooms are good. The poolside is very nice. The breakfast is awesome. The hotel staffs are helpful. The beach in front of the hotel is rocky where the sea water begins. It is not an awesome beach for a bath but hotel has made some good arrangements to relax in the beach.

The parking is something that they can better manage. When there is confirmed booking they should hold the parking spot in the hotel for the customer. I did went on off peak time and I had keep the car in a different hotel for the first night, they did help me to get it back the next day. But this is definitely an area for improvement.

Very clean Location was fine to get to Miami Beach but only by bus Staff were very helpful and friendly

The hotel is 10 floors and there is 2 lifts. Trying to get up and down from the 9th floor was ridiculous, it took about 15 minutes everyday to get down to the lobby and even worse getting up. Once you were in the lift you stopped at every single floor. This was especially bad as the hotel offers breakfast so there is rushes of people between 7am - 10am and then following this there was checkout at 11am so it was a pain. More lifts need to be fitted or a bypass system so when the lift is full it won’t stop at every floor.

Clean, with large rooms and close to the Beach. Have of course Pool and pool bar if you prefer to stay right beside the hotel. The breakfast is amazing as they have a lot of options to choose from and was included in the price. They have as well a restaurant and Bar on premises. The Restaurant is open from 6:30 PM and cost extra $42/person, but if you get the rebate at the front desk you pay $5 less. There is a nice wide walking path that allows you to walk all along Miami Beach.

The Parking is $42.8/day (tax included) + the valet tip $8 when you Pick up the car and you return it. It is a little on expensive side but that are the prices in Miami area. One of the main elevator did not work but we used the service one when it was the time of check-in and check-out and there were a lot of people taking it. We were staying at floor 9 so it was not an option to take the stairs. I believe that elevator is not functional for a long time now.
