very clean. great small breakfast.

I specifically booked the hotel because of the pool and gym. pool was under maintenance. and the weightlifting machine that was in the photos was non present. pretty annoying.

Just by way of comment, it's the same every day. Only one of the juices and the quantity and type of bread varied. 7-) Room cleaning upon request guarantees us greater privacy 8-) Clean, new and very absorbent towels in quantity 9-) Very good shampoo/conditioner/body wash (DOVE) 10-) Small but very charming pool

Guests (especially children/teenagers) playing in the pool after closing time (9:00PM). There was a day when there was noise in the pool at 01:00AM.

Confortable beds. Spacious room with huge TV. Complementary coffee/ tea in reception. Nice pool and gym.

The breakfast area does not have enough seating. Layout is not the best. It would be useful if the conference room just along the hall was opened to serve as a spillover (additional seating) during breakfast hours. Even if parasols and additional seating were placed outside, this would help. The bread/ bagel and toasters section could be moved away from the cereal/ juice area to create less of a queue/ crowding. Just some ideas on how to improve things. The staff are fantastic and I'm sure it would help them to facilitate a smoother breakfast service.

Ms. Shirley at the front desk was amaaaaaazing. The room, the gym, the pool, breakfast provided, the location was great. I want to stay there again. Recommended a day trip-3 hr drive to Key West and visiting Dania Beach Pier, Hollywood Beach, and any of the side beaches leading to Hollywood Beach. Good healthy fast food ~ El Pollo Tropico.

One issue I had was the air diffuser machines in the lobby were constantly on. The fragrance was overpowering. They could be turned on every hour for about 15 minutes using just one unit. I had trouble because the shower leaked next to the toilet even when the curtain was inside the tub. Just needed to be mopped up ~ Nothing major. The breakfast needed eggs and the potatoes were bland. All in all, I was glad that breakfast was provided.

The choices at breakfast were great. The staff was pleasant, and the lobby and general condition of the establishment was clean and welcoming.

Apparently, the dresser and end tables were freshly painted or vanished. This paint got on my daughter's pants and stained it. No notice was provided about the fresh paint which might have prevented this accident. There was no ice or water dispenser on any of the floors which makes it difficult to fill the container provided in the room. It would be nice if this is available on the floor even at a charge. The signs posted on each floor says you do.

The facility was very up to date and very spacious. We appreciated that each of us had a mirror to get ready and space to get ready. The staff was helpful when our first room didn’t have power to the microwave and refrigerator and they moved us to another room.

The staff only cleaned our room once in the 4 days and we had to bother them to come do it. The air conditioner leaked water onto our stuff that we had close to it. The tv didn’t work in our room. They barely wanted to give us towels to dry off and the elevator took forever.

Located in doral close to all location I needed to attend.

When we got into our room the bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned very well. Later that night we went downstairs to get the rest of the stuff in our car and when we got back to the room the key cards wernt working had to go back down to reception so they can fix it. Lady was very nice in helping us so that was pretty quick we were able to get back in but that door was hard to open I thought my stuff was going to stay stuck in that room

We've stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is always very clean. Check-in is always pleasant and easy. Staff is always very helpful. The pool area is neat and tidy.

I realized a couple of weeks before Christmas that I had actually booked the wrong hotel, so when I booked with this hotel there was only one room left. Everything with the hotel was great except people across the hallway from us left their dog, apparently unattended, until 3:30 am and the poor thing barked all night. It seems that they thought the loud music they left on would drown out the sound of the dog barking.

Was a big room and was very clean and quiet, the breakfast was great very complete and I’ll stay there the next time for sure

The only thing was a little bit complicated to communicate, because most of the staff don’t speak English, but it’s like these everywhere in Miami, even at target or Walmart people only speak Spanish there, if you go to Miami, pra tive your Spanish and forget your English 😂

We had a wonderful time at your location. Also we want to thank Shirley and David who were the hotel guest hostess and host amazing amazing amazing people very nice very helpful Shirley was very very helpful she should have a raise at least a dollar or two David very nice man thank you for the stay and we look forward to staying with you when we go to Miami again soon now we have to go back to work in the snow makes me sad see you soon Miami keep Ramon as the driver he is awesome as well loved all three thank you very much for a wonderful wonderful time Najat Tebcherani

Breakfast could of been better maybe Greek yogurt for diabetics not so much sugar but it was good thank you PS The windows on the 6th floor looking to the back of the building need to be washed can't see out the window without opening them
