One word Perfect

Absolutely nothing. The Betsy is a wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, on arrival they offered us complimentary bottles of water and a glass of prosecco. The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, just across the road from the beach with a range of restaurants just steps away including a Starbucks opposite. Included in our stay was the use of beach loungers, parasol and towels which were all provided on the beach.

We heard a lot of noise from the street sitting on our balcony. The route to our room from reception was very convoluted and involved getting two different elevators and navigating a couple of corridors in between.

I come to Miami with my daughter who wanted to visit Miami for so long . When booking for the first time and not knowing where to stay mostly because of the safety reasons ,I was going back and forth between Betsy and one I won’t named hotel name but luxury well know one when we got there we realize that couldn’t made a more perfect Choice then staying at the Betsy!!!!!!.. from the moment we come felt super welcomed by everyone specially lovely gentlemen named Gustavo on the front desk, got room earlier then we booked what made us beyond happy and super thankful to be able . Frizzier and Jackie thanks !! Food in the hotel restaurant amazing,hotel pool super clean and rooftop one unbelievable view , rooms great but LOCATION!!! I mean there is no other place with a better one... if you just stay on Ocean dr. You are good everything walking distance across from hotel amazing Starbucks if you feel like t have one which we did every morning lol.. beach stunning and they provide umbrella and lounging chairs to relax with the towels which made a whole difference... stunning place to take a photos my daughter couldn’t stop now she is saying mom all of my Friends wanna come here ,... but last night there we went to just try a restaurant in that luxury hotel I mentioned before just to see how It’s is and truly beautiful place with a amazing food but location hell NO... walking on that street with all the stores and stuff attracted not safe and desirable people to meet when you are woman with a kid on the street... We couldn’t wait to be on the Ocean dr. At The Betsy And one more time got confirmation that we chose the most amazing hotel that we possibly could thank you to Betsy for giving my daughter and-me the most unforgettable vacation and like my daughter said mom this is the best time of my life and for a teenager to say that I know I did great as a mom. Rooftop Pool and bar was the Best! Lobby Bar was great Food was pricey but very tasty, we had lunch there just about everyday

Said service Bed was very uncomfortable and small

Great staff (especially bell boys and reception) - always helpful and friendly. The vibe of the betsy is just special. Rooftop pool is great. After I spent the first night in a noisy (next to street corner) room, they solved the issue and moved me to another one immediately. I had a long stay so this really mattered.

The cleaning staff did not always pay attention to detail - one time just forgot to clean bathroom, other times no water put in the room ... should not happen in this price range but when asking they would always solve it. Cocktails at the rooftop pool are not great ... this could be an easy improvement with a bit more love to detail.

the room was alright. the hotel got me in my room earlier. we had to wait a little because we had an early flight. we were way ahead of check in. but they accommodated us. Location was great. When you open the door, you are on Ocean Drive and across the street is the park and beach had a wonderful time. the concerige set up a tour for us for the next day. And they gave us a free bottle of wine for out anniversary.

the room was alright. I thought it would be bigger, the refridgerator did not get cold enough, and the room did not have a micro-wave. I was on the top floor wish I was lower. The was all that I didn't like.

The only welcoming atmosphere.. The decor The arts, the vibe.. it’s a great little gem.. rare find

Beautiful place and perfect location with everything that south beach has to offer around the property. The hotel staff was extraordinary and the breakfast was the highlight of my stay. Special thanks to Sheila who always made sure we have the best breakfast experience. They provide complimentary water twice a day, the room is set in the morning and evening. It was quite a labyrinth to get to the room, but it didn't bother me. The roof top is great, the pool there is quite shallow but the one downstairs is deeper. The free sun loungers and towels at the beach were a nice addition. Overall a pleasant stay and would definitely stay again if the rooms were a bit larger.

The room was extremely small, it was impossible to have two suitcases open. Food - no lunch/dinner options for vegetarians, but many other restaurants around the area. The coffee shop in the Carlton building seems to have random hours, you never know when it actually closes and the staff there was not the most welcoming. Cleanliness - the towels were replaced, bed made even twice a day, however there was no cleaning. Toilet was dirty even on the day of arrival. Wifi - not ideal, quite patchy

We felt at home at The Betsy. Our room and the facilities were super comfortable and the staff were like family (Gonzalo, Monica, Jose (Messi), Enrique, Sanabel, Santiago to name just a few). Location is wonderful; food was also excellent (we are picky Europeans!) and i was able to work well - hotel has various comfortable/quiet areas for working professionals. I would not stay anywhere else in South Beach - i have been many times and always disappointed with hotels (even expensive ones all have a very cheap and party vibe).
