The hotel was on Flagler Avenue close to all the restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this is an excellent location. The hotel staff was friendly and very accomodating. The hotel itself was very clean.

At the breakfast buffet there was only one small waffle maker. The line was long and I gave up after 20 minutes. Two waffle makers that make a full size waffle would keep the line moving.

Breakfast was great. Eggs sausage waffles bread cereal yogurt coffee juice.

On check in had my wife go check us in while I took the dog for a walk they wouldn’t give her the key because she wasn’t on the reservation. It was just under my name which is ridiculous. She gave them the last name Gallagher she’s the wife I don’t see what the problem was.

it was clean and convenient to the beach

I didn't like pay for our room and having to pay to park that should been included with our stay that is the first hotel I had stayed at having to pay for parking I think it's not right and the beds wasn't comfortable at all couldn't sleep in them hard beds

I asked several questions about why was a hold of 200 put on my card I was never told of a parking fee and all these other lil charges when I booked total was 1354 or something like that I end up being charged 1410 a straight rip off

That when I asked were there no unexpected charges I was told no and then I was charged

I loved the location very convenient. The breakfast was a basic breakfast meal. I loved that I could bring our little Dachshund puppies with us! :-) All in all we loved the whole experience.

The bed was hard not comfortable at all :-( I woke up a few times trying to get comfortable . The pillows were BAD !! no support they sunk like a sponge. May I suggest an assortment of pillow firmness like some other places. I forgot to bring my pillow I usually do .

Breakfast service was average. Every plate etc said it could be recycled but no evidence of recycling which was disappointing. Parking charge. Should be included as part of the room rate

the staff was beyond exceptional!! location is great. facilities are clean.

the exit gate needs a light so you can see where to put you key. that was irritating not being able to see. it is pretty dark over there and all you see I this flashing blue light, which is not where the card goes. A light please.

Location was great as being on on Flagler Avenue was so convenient to everything. The beach was in walking distance to enjoy!

The carpets in the hallways were not well looked after and should be cleaned.

Exterior and interior clean, updated and well maintained. Rooms clean, good size and equipped with everything needed.

Even though not a large property, a map would be helpful since ushaped.

pay for parking, dogs barking at night and while owners at beach, children running in halls at night.
