The location is fantastic. It is on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Clean and attractive Lobby. The Starbucks on site made our coffees perfectly all week! Good cocktails and Friday entertainment.

The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious but the bathroom in the center of the room, in front of the beds was awkward. It is difficult not to disrupt sleeping family at night. Also, the mirror was hung by someone at least 5 8”. My mom, daughter and I could only see half of our faces (in it). Small kids or teens wouldn’t be able to use the mirror at all.

One: Three adults in room and housekeeper refused to give us extra towels. So man from down stairs brought us towels. Two: Post missing to the right of gate to prevent children from entering pool area unsupervised. So I saw two children squeeze thru the area of missing post to enter pool area. I am a nurse of 37 years and took care of drowned children permanently on ventilators. Three: Someone improvised for missing post by placing a piece of half inch PVC pipe to the right of gate.

Loved the way I was greeted at check in; genuinely friendly gentleman. The hotel is in an EXCELLENT location easy access to all shops and restaurants. Very clean rooms.

There could be lighting at the pool after dark. I didn’t like that I had to pay to park in the hotel garage One of the elevators was not working.

We love the property and have stayed here before.

I booked this reservation well in advance and received a great price. upon check out the rate was changed and I was charged about $500 more than my price. when I brought It up to the person checking me out she said someone had changed my rate to a higher rate. I had all my confirmations and they reversed the initial charge but It was still not a nice nice way to end a good vacation.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk to eat and shop. We love the bar close to the pool. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and it saved us a lot of money.

I can’t think of 1 negative thing about the place.

The lay out of the room was a joke. I'm not a interior designer but the TV was on the far right side of the 2nd bed. And the desk. What is its purpose ? For 2 people to watch us in bed? Also , please excuse my ahd. Why are the paintings by the elevators 2 inches above the table? The paintings should be at eye level. In this case 18 to 20 inches above where theyre currently hung. Thank you u

Location, staff were super friendly , kids loved breakfast

paying $20 a day for parking , pool needed daily cleaning ; asked if pool was heated before confirming booking and told yes but it was very cold; only children got in, disappointing as it was hot out.

It was ok.much better the last time I stayed at this resort!

Considering I have stayed at other properties in New Smyrna. They are really alot better with service and cleanliness. I think 20 dollars for parking a night is alot of money.

The hotel is beautiful and it’s on a great location, the breakfast was delicious.

We enjoyed everything but one thing missing in the room was a normal ironing board wich I really needed at my stay, the room only comes with a very small one.

Cleanliness was beyond AWESOME. Staff was SUPER friendly. LOVED the breakfast. LOVED the parking garage (fee was worth the $15 knowing we were secured) Bartender was AWESOME!!! Pool was clean. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Will def recommended this hotel. Little pricey, but trust me...WORTH IT!!!!
