The staff were welcoming the entire stay. Rachel who was over hot breakfast helped me carry my tray to my room because Im on a cane. The wonderful ladies who prepare rooms were so helpful. The managers and desk clerks, night and morning staff, very kind and helpful! They all deserve raises! They made All guest feel welcomed. So much so, I asked my Sister if she thought the workers owned a share in the hotel because most folks act like they don't want to be at work and they were genuinely happy all the time!

Nothing! This hotel is a gem. I hope nothing changes only gets better! I would like bacon as an option instead of just sausage but other than that-perfecto!

Rooms are good size, always clean at this property, staff is helpful and hotel is very conveniently located. It has pool and laundry, helps to safe room for extra clothes. I m a coffee lover and I appreciate that there is always fresh strong coffee available.

We didn’t appreciate breakfast this year as much. It used to be a bigger variety, a young lady working there was very attentive, refilled the food, but when she was off the other 2 ladies had a different approach: one wasn’t refilling the little variety of food; another was rushing people off the breakfast room starting 9:30. We come here for a week of vacation and we want to feel relaxed.

not enough towels. If we book for four it would be nice to have 4 bath towels. the room wasn’t as clean as it could be there was dirt on the floor and the fact the ac turned off everytime we left the room which left the room muggy when we got back. more hot breakfast items would have been nice.

Very warm greeting, nice staff. Upgraded my room to first floor an provided me with more decaf coffee pods for room. I rarely travel with my 2 dogs an the room was prefect for them an me.

Location excellent to spend time with grandson. We live on the other coast and it's a great getaway for the weekend. The staff was so nice and smiling. They were very helpful! Clean room and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely come back and tell others about our trip.

The breakfast was very good the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had stayed at this hotel several times before because we have family near by. The hotel was very smelly because of animals were allowed to roam freely. We were delighted to see that that wasn"t the case this visit.

Location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of parking.

Room was not properly cleaned. Food from previous guest in fridge. Dirty hand prints on both doors, no toilet tissue or Kleenex. I visited front desk to get it, and was not received very well. Shower curtain too short for wheelchair accessible facility and bathroom floor got very wet and dangerously slippery after showering. No mat in shower.

We liked the staff and the room and the pool.

Everything was great except the pull out couch seemed to have not had a sheet change and there was crumbs all over the sheet and candy wrappers on and under couch. Other then that 5 stars in my opinion. Thank you.

Be on the first floor was noisy.

I like that I was able to get coffee anytime I wanted. They serve coffee and cookies 24/7. I really like that they had a big parking lot. The restaurants and pharmacies were in walking distance.

I didn't like that they didn't have any eggs for breakfast.
