My husband and I checked into coastal waters on Wednesday April 26th and checked out on Friday the 28th. Our unit was a one-bedroom and was very clean and cute and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a lot of contact via text messages with management before during and after our stay with exceptional customer service. As there is no lobby with a check in person we did not see anybody in person but still felt like if we had any questions or problems they would be addressed. We had one issue with a tv not working in our bedroom and it was addressed promptly by Tony the maintenance man who was very friendly and efficient and it was taken care of promptly. We had a key for access to the beach which was so convenient. All in all we had a great time. We would give coastal Waters two thumbs up!

The only thing that was hard for us is bringing our luggage up to the third floor without an elevator as we are no spring chickens! But we were so happy to actually arrive at our room to see how nice it was!

I loved the location! The suite was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen had everything you could want/need. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and clear. We loved it!

My only two concerns were that our room was on the third floor with no elevator, and only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper, and for the price of the room there should have been extra. Otherwise, the place was great!

Management was absolutely accommodating. We were actually there when hurricane Nicole was hitting the coast and they were genuinely concerned for our safety. When the decision to evacuate was made they immediately contacted us and offered assistance if we needed it. Our stay was too short but I will definitely book here again. Another thing is that it was amazingly clean! As odd as it may seem I am pretty particular about my walking surfaces and wash hard floor areas to be sure they are clean. My wash cloth barely picked up any dirt. ❤️

No rugs for the floors or enough rags to wipe them up after walking the beach and dragging in sand. Luckily I do bring along cleaning cloths.

We were in suite 203. Although there is no lobby or front desk, the number you are given to text for any questions or issues or comments responds very quickly. Our suite was clean, had everything you would need for an extended stay should you choose to cook any meals. The pool area is very nice, the beach is right there. We were fortunate to have an ocean view from our balcony.

Our suite was on the second floor and no elevator. Anyone with mobility issues might want to stay in a ground level unit.

The suite was very comfortable and the entire set up of the hotel was so inviting, I only wish I could have had a longer stay.

The remote operated ceiling lights would have to be operated independently- if both switches were on clicking the remote would effect the light in the other room. For example when I was turning off the bedroom light with the remote, the living room light would turn on and vice versa. Not a big deal but it confused me at first.

Loved the ground floor room. Convenient to pool and beach. Very satisfying stay. Looking forward to staying again. Kid friendly. Close to stores and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable. Other family members were happy with their rooms

If the other two rooms could have been not been on third floor With small kids the stairs were a little hard to navigate

Management promptly addressed any concerns we had. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction! Great location on the beach, close to shopping and good digs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. We’ll be back

The room had a lot of space, more than we expected. Location was quiet and right near the beach.

The balcony door was streaky, the balcony was crooked and felt unsafe, the floors were not swept, the fridge was dirty. I went on the beach once and when I swept the floor after me, there was way more dirt and a lot of bugs. Decided to sweep the entire floor for the next customers.

Our room view was fantastic, overlooking the pool area and the ocean! Great view for morning sunrise also. Beds and room look recently updated and was very clean.

The only downside would be the parking lot in front of the building is small, but there is additional parking across the street.

great view and beautiful weather enjoy it but it don’t have a elevator for handicap didn’t have a handicap room on the first floor very disappointing to get to my room. It was very hard on the stairs

I didn’t like that no one told me there was no elevator for handicap person that has very bad knees having surgery in three weeks very painful going up and down the stairs. Thank you.
