I'm so happy you asked this question. We Loved the Service at breakfast. Our waitress, Christine? and the kitchen manager. So Nice..and our waitress rememebered what I liked for my coffee the next morning. The manager said that everything is homemade and YES...it was!!! Those orange cranberry muffins were yummy!!! a great snack also for our road trip the next day! :):) All hotel staff was nice. Brookland at the front desk was nice to take a pic of us in front of your pretty wall hanging inside. Also, I thought I left something at the hotel, and she investigated it for me, and called me back about it. I didn't leave it there. It was found in my luggage when I came home.

There is no sign indicating where your hotel is from the main road. There are so many hotels, but yours is not listed on the sign. The sink bows out and I felt like I couldn't get close enough to wash my face.

Everything was super clean and room was very comfortable. Looked like new towels which is very nice and rare these days. Room had been deep cleaned prior to our stay and I actually believed them. It was nice with no unusual smells etc…. Enjoyed very much.

During our stay there were a hotel full of softball tournament girls that were running around the hotel. They weren’t bad kids just typical having lots of fun. However our room was outside the elevator on the 6th floor and they liked to congregate there. Waiting on the elevator wasn’t a normal wait due to it being held up on all floors.

The booking was easy online through booking. They were very accommodating and were able to check me in a couple hours earlier. Brooklyn was the person at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! The service at the cafe in the restaurant was GREAT as well.

My TV would turn on and off briefly whenever the air conditioning unit in the room turned on and off. Other than that, it was fabulous. Wish I had stayed there from the very start of my trip.

With being for a softball tournament it was great to have the inside open so we can see the girls going to different levels as they went to eachothers rooms

the breakfast only comes with the IHG members and those that did have it said it was not good as all. The prices were also very heavily raised for the college game going on that weekend

It's conveniently located near several restaurants and off I-75. The rooms are spacious and clean.

There was only one person working the check-in/ front desk, and although very nice, the wait was ridiculous. The bar didn't have a large selection of basic liquor. However, the bartender was super nice. He couldn't make a Tahitian sunrise, but he tried, lol.

it was clean and decorated well. the rainforest theme was too cute! the outside of the property was nice and parking was okay. Our room was nice and clean however we stayed 2 nights and didn’t get our room cleaned. other than that the stay was pretty good and they provided towels and other things we asked for.

i think the house ladies have trouble with English so it was hard telling them that we wanted our room cleaned or asking for things.

The breakfast was okay not hot. The location was fine. The coffee table should have been in a different area. The rooms were very clean. The overall stay meets my expectations.

There were Guest my last night stay children unruly ran over the hotel in the lobby. I was waiting for the Hotel Clerk to say something but they didn't.

I was in Ocala for two evenings. The first night I had booked a different hotel across the road which I wasn't entirely happy with. Once I checked into this hotel I was kicking myself for not staying here the night before. I love this hotel. It's quiet, calm, clean, the staff are super friendly and the rooms are so spacious!!! Oh and the wi-fi works great!! We will be back!!!

There's nothing that I didn't like.

Problems with the room originally booked was fixed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the accommodations that were given to us after our room was switched.

Originally I booked and paid for a king room. After arriving we noticed the room was not up to par. There were no shower curtains and there was mold in the bathroom. The second room we were moved into was a nonsmoking king that smelt as if someone just finished smoking in there... Also again no shower curtain in the bathroom. After speaking to staff and being moved for a second time we were moved into a suite. The suite was definitely better and worth the amount that I had paid for for the original room. The restaurant was closed inside which also was a negative but understandable.

Breakfast and the server were awesome, very personable and attentive to our needs. We will return! Did not like that when checking in, the hotel received incorrect demographic information of me. More accuracy to these details on the part of the booking agent should be noted and improved. Thank you!
