Location was good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They provided a hot breakfast along with coffee and juice.

The check-in process. R We arrived a little early on our motorcycle, so we had a bag for each. We were told our rooms would not be ready until 3pm, which was understandable but when we asked if we could keep our bags behind the front desk, the staff that was there was rude and in an stern tone, we were told NO that there was no room. These were not huge bags. Most hotels accommodate such request but these people refused which was unheard of.

The staff is friendly Cheryl and Adrian are friendly, courteous and professional. I forget her name but the lady that done the continental breakfast on Sunday does an excellent job. Swimming pool is good, enjoyed the pool. The coffee by the front desk is appreciated. The lemon water by the front entrance is appreciated. The cookies at the front desk are appreciated. My service dog was well liked. Ice maker is appreciated and was working.

The hotel needs to update their coffee pots, microwave didnt work. I always bring my own coffee pot and coffee. Sue who did the continental breakfast on Saturday serviced cold food. Needed to do my laundry, but washer wasn't working. Owner good do a better job of maintenance.

Breakfast was limited but adequate. Coffee next to the front desk was available every time I wanted a cup. The staff are universally courteous, pleasant, and helpful.

TV cable connection is on the wall low down on one side of the TV stand/bureau. When changing channels, unless you are in the middle of the room, the remote to the cable box must be line-of-sight. If you are on the bed or in the easy chair in the left corner of the room then you must physically move several feet to change channels. No backup generator even for lights. I understand most hotels do not have a backup source of power.

The room was clean and the staff was accomadating.

I was in room 203. The handicap shower in there needs some attention. The connecting wall to the shower gets wet when you shower, and it is just painted sheetrock. It is crumbling and there is quite a bit of mold. The shower head drips. I said something to the desk clerk, but she didn't respond.

I have to say that I was shocked to see your selection of breakfast foods. I expected to see bagels, cream cheese and muffins. But you gave us many, many choices. The best part of breakfast for me was the orange juice. I’m very picky with orange juice and that was the best orange juice I have ever had. Good choice.

The pool was under maintenance our whole five days there. I specifically booked comfort inn because of your pool. My daughter loves swimming and was looking forward to swimming. We live in Jersey and she has not swam since last summer and she was itching to go. We were both very disappointed the pool was not open.

It was comfortable in the bed . The room it was very clean I like the breakfast a lot. I like dear flexible with the time and the pool. I like they have everything in the room refrigerated microwave.

Do you need clean the front lobby get the clean and the carpet and elevator in the hallways then you have to claim the carpet I like a shampoo.

The room was the best part of the stay. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was fun getting a chance to sleep in a king sized bed. Bonus points for the waffle maker at the continental breakfast.

The facility was a bit musty and hot as was our room. We had to adjust the AC to make it more comfortable. There was also an odd smell in our room that we couldn’t place. Fortunately it was only noticeable and not overpowering.

I liked the location, because it was close to my job and I could be at work in less than 5 minutes.

What I did not like, is that I could not have my room clean before I returned from work. I work at night and when I get off in the morning. I am trying to rest before having to return to work that night.

Nice place to stay as a base to go places each day. Breakfast nice perk. The pool was nice too. Wish the neighborhood would have been nicer for walking around but I was gone every day anyway so it didn’t matter that much.

I was concerned that the door from the hotel to the pool area was propped open daily with a towel. Anyone from the street could enter the stairwell into the hotel. I saw a camera but still made me uneasy.
