Many restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to main roads. Decent restaurant and bar onsite. You never have to eat at the same place twice. Front desk staff are good. Bar staff is good. Bar food is decent. Breakfast food is good.

Stayed there many times and you can always hear loud vehicles on roads on both sides. Typically the engine reving cool guys. Often there is music in the square that you can hear, but it’s muffled and annoying. Breakfast waitress was slow and complained about the previous party not tipping. Breakfast not included in price.

Have stayed prior mainly because of the location. Rooms are comfortable and roomie enough.

Entered room air was not adjusted for comfort, obviously new when I was arriving because I sent a message four days prior but never had a response. parked across the street with additional $12 per day fee nothing was mentioned about that until my arrival. Zero security, elevator access to all floors 24/7 from ground floor, lobby on 2nd floor. Never received a call if my room was satisfactory, or any day after if I could use fresh towels, or anything I needed. My suggestion these minor details, simple things make a hotel stand out.

The front desk staff on check in were courteous, professional, super helpful. First time I traveled with my dog and you guys made it so nice and comfortable. As a matter of fact we decided to only stop at Hilton’s overnight during our short trip with our Basil.

The fact that we had multiple police cars at the entrance of the hotel on arrival.

Should mention at check in the balcony only room on 2nd floor is the giant shared balcony .. wasn’t really looking to spend the evening with neighbors. I’d be love to see breakfast extended to 9:30. Breakfast ends at 9, but I arrived at 8:50 and everything was already cleaned up.

Your staff treated us like we were royalty and were so friendly. Desiree would start our day out with smiles and coffee. Your chef, George, prepared a delicious breakfast every morning of our stay.

We would have liked more available handicap accessible parking.

I loved having the restaurant and bar open. with the “pandemic” , restaurants and bars inside the hotels have been temporarily closed so it was nice not having to leave the property to eat. rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, staff were great !

parking is not convenient at all ! a parking garage across the street from the hotel ( and not directly across the street) is frustrating when it’s pouring down rain and you have to go get your car. lo

The hotel overall and kind staff. Never been to a hotel where the lobby/front desk was on the second floor but heard that’s common in city hotels. Not a complaint, just a comment.

I left the hotel industry this year after serving over 30 years because guests were becoming worse than unbearable and scam-crazed. And sadly, I know staffing is hard everywhere so there are things that may take longer to get to. But just know the floors in the dining areas need a good cleaning. No, we don’t eat off the floor but by the banquettes it’s something to attack as soon as you can.

The housekeeping staff was fantastic, especially the head woman whose name I did not get, but she went above and beyond for us! The location was great. Definitely expect street noise, so bring your ear plus, but it never tended to go past 11:30pm.

The front desk staff was unprofessional when we checked it, did not seem that friendly and always seemed to be preoccupied with other tasks. This is a first impression for a guest, and it wasn't a great one. There was a barking dog in the room below us which barked for over an hour. I love dogs, but that was excessive for 11pm at night.

Brand new hotel. Clean and up to Date. We had a terrific view of the Christmas tree in the downtown square.

Before we booked I looked at the reviews and #1 was loud music. Our room was right above the music and it was not bad. What was more annoying were the loud cars and trucks that like to drive on the street very late at night with the music blasting. Maybe a roaming security guard to control some of that.
