It was a very nice hotel. The staff were extremely nice and professional. The lobby was beautiful. There are an extensive amount of options for dining in the area. The hotel is absolutely perfect for business travelers and short stays. Would definitely stay again. We got to check in. early, which was the best thing ever.

The room was nice, but our lamp had some kind of gunk left behind on it. I so wish there was a double queen option, the full size bed, barely fits two adults. Ice machine didn't have ice, but I'm sure it was emptied by other guests. Starbucks closed a little earlier then intended which broke my heart. Only 3 bath towels for a room that accommodates 4 persons. $20 to rent a Disney movie, but I guess that is to be expected. However, nothing major. I would definitely go back.

Love the staff. The rooms are lovely, quiet, excellent tv. Breakfast is amazing. I stayed here then had to return to Orlando and tried the Hilton Garden inn… it was so bad at that hotel that 6 hours later, I canceled my stay, checked out and came back to this hotel!

The ONLY thing I wish is that the rooms had a mini fridge , I also requested a slightly later check out but they knocked on the door and called to ask when I was leaving after the extra hour was approved

Convenient and set back off main road. Clean and plenty of parking. We did not eat at the hotel this time, but we did last stay and enjoyed the breakfasts.

Did not request a room with a mini fridge and microwave. Just assumed there would be one. Will do my research next time.

The location was perfect for us. Hotel was clean. Staff was great. Love the warm cookies. Although I was disappointed my daughter couldn't have one. They were chocolate chip walnut. She has a nut allergy. I was surprised they didn't have just chocolate chip. I also enjoyed the 2 resident cats on the property. I was glad to see their ears were tipped. Possibly a trap and release program. My granddaughters watched them from our rooms window.

I hoped the room would of had a fridge and microwave. We had a waiter for breakfast one morning, that obviously did not want to be there. His name was Brandon. Serving is not his calling.

the location was perfect. The staff very friendly and the accommodations were clean. The reataurant was delicious and the bar was very convenient. The cookies were amazing, always fresh and warm. The complimentary bottle water was a nice touch.

The pillows were flat and hard and the mattress was too soft.The room was comfortable but could have used a mini fridge.

You pay for the breakfast but at least is not that bad.

It was very disappointing the fact that they have this policy of not allowing guests from around 50 miles away or something like that and Booking don’t mention that anywhere in the process. I live close to the hotel but for a business event had to stay at the hotel and when I got the the receptionist told me they can’t take my reservation because I live close. Imagine my surprise and anger. After speaking about how unfair and nonsense this was she kindly “accepted” to proceed with the check in but with the heads-up that next time they can’t do the exception. So, if you live close to the hotel DO NOT GO. At least that’s what management said.

Love the location close to my son,stayed 3 times there already.staff is so accommodating and helpful every time we are there

Nothing really, maybe if it was more affordable to a single mom with a college student, I would go more.But honestly it's clean comfortable and when I travel up there by myself, I feel safe there,that says a lot

The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and nice. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner was extremely loud, and there was a second sound that the ac made that made it hard to sleep.

Property and staff was very nice. Building and rooms were nicely put together

. There was a couple things that were not so great. The bathrooms and the pool area were not properly clean. Trash in the pool areas were over loaded and the bathrooms (lobby) smelled HORRIBLE cause of the sewage and not properly maintained. I was told there was no fridge or microwave on the property but when I get there I notice a couple people put out the mini fridge in the hallway to be picked up by the housekeeper and there was a microwave in the lobby for the guests. This info would’ve helped me with packing

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed that the breakfast was not complimentary. I thought I had read that it was included, but when I went back to look it said breakfast “available.” The price seemed very expensive…not even free coffee.
