Everything was exceptional. Even my boyfriend who is not a breakfast person got up every morning to eat breakfast. The CinnaBon rolls were the best and unlimited. Enjoyed the fresh fruit that was available as well as the plethora of hot and cold foods available. The coffee was strong and hot. Really a treat and a great value! The concierge, the breakfast attendants and the service associates at this particular location were all fantastic and really made our stay wonderful!!!!

Not a dislike, but having free coffee available all day would have been perfect. We did appreciate that free ice water was always available in the lobby. Very nice touch because it's just the little things that matter so much!

When I check in I had to wait 45 min When I book I ask for a queen bed with a pool view and shower due to my knee I had surgery that’s why I needed a walk in shower then there was no clean rooms available for what I requested then I was told it probably gonna be 2 hours wait for a room I requested so there was Raul n Gina n training so Raul assist Gina to try and find a room so Raul had to call the cleaning people to see on the list what rooms are actually clean because it says they clean but they wasn’t so the cleaning girl was in the back behind she came out and said just because they mark off that the people check out that don’t mean the rooms are clean and she said it in Spanish so Raul ask Gina what she said she was very rude but anyways Raul step in again to assist me which he knew more than Gina so she said will I take 2 kings beds I said sure but I’m not paying more money she said no so I said let’s check out the room to see if it’s clean before I bring my luggage up here so the room had 2 queen n a tub I wasn’t happy but I took it anyways by this time I was so tired and I needed to get off my knee but with all this said Raul n Gina was very helpful but the cleaning crew didn’t do there job so that Raul N Gina wouldn’t have to go threw what they did that day they apologized but I told them I’m very easy going but the next person not going to be as patience as I was but yes I will come back again .

When you book a room online you expect to check in and your room is ready that’s why you book so it’s no issues when you get there your room is ready and on top of that I paid up front online to make my check in much faster and that didn’t happened please talk to your cleaning staff they need to make sure they doing there job do the front desk don’t have to worry if the room is clean or not

Everyone was very friendly, the location was perfect, everything was very clean, the room was very spacious and great value for the money. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was the best selection and quality of any I have ever had. The selection was excellent and the staff was very welcoming.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The towels were changed after only one night but the bath mat wasn’t replaced. Everything was plastic or styrofoam and disposable. I also understand there is little recycling in Orlando. This is so different from hotels I’m used to in the UK. I know the Covid pandemic affected everything but does this still have to be the case?

This location is very clean, well maintained, lighting in the hallways and rooms is very good, rooms are clean, beds soft with good pillows, breakfast area is clean and pretty, and includes a basic hot basic breakfast buffet with a few options. The staff is very nice and friendly, ready to help. Cleaning staff is working all day and it shows. The building feels new and fresh. I definitely recommend for visiting UCF or for work.

Excellent breakfast. Perfect scrambled eggs, good coffee, oatmeal, fruit. Best breakfast I have had at a United States hotel. Very clean. Unique in that they had pump dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Ditch the plastic utensils and paper plates.

The staff was very friendly, inviting and welcoming! The hotel was clean and quiet! The continental breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the convenience of having on site laundry! The location of the hotel was also a major reason why we picked it!

The laundry room only having one washer and one dryer! My wife is in a wheelchair and the room had a bathtub! A unit with a walk in shower would have been better for us!

Great location! Easy access to major highways. The room was large and clean. Nice furniture throughout the property and very comfortable bed. Loved the sheets, pillows and comforter! The A/C works great as well as the TV. The shower dispenser with JR Watkins gel, shampoo and conditioner is a nice touch. The eating area is very nice and the selection of cold/hot breakfast items was very good. Overall, this was a great hotel to spend the night after our flight back to Florida and I highly recommend the hotel and staff.

My bathroom didn't have a shower curtain when we checked in. I had to go the front desk to get one.

I did not get to eat for breakfast because I either woke up late or I had to leave without eating. I was also happy with the drainage in the shower and the sink which is usually a problem when I go to hotels. I liked that the staff was not going to be entering my room due to COVID. I had bought my own sheets, towels, washcloths and did not want extra bodies coming through my room.

The parking was limited due to big trucks taking up lots of spaces. So if you came in late at night it was very hard to find a parking spot. There are also four handicap spots and every time I came in they were all taken. There should be more handicap spots.
