Very quiet property…did not hear other guests Very comfortable bed and very clean room overall Bathroom was modern and soaps/shampoos were excellent quality. Delicious breakfast and for an extended amount of time 6-10am. I would highly recommend this property. Less than a 5 minute drive the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Excellent workout room but more resistance training options would be awesome. Enjoyed doing cardio and did some weight training with the dumbbells but wish there was more equipment and room was bigger to allow for it, otherwise enjoyed thoroughly.

Location if perfect when visiting our son at UCF. There are a lot of restaurants, gas stations, stores, etc in short driving distance. Hotel is in excellent conditions, staff is corteous and prompt, rooms are in very good conditions, breakfast is very good and constantly replished, pool was clean and we felt safe in the area.

Lights on bathroom and room are not good (not bright enough). Pillows are way too soft but in general an excellent options besides these two minor details.

The hotel is perfect for the price, comfortable and clean, good facilities and the breakfast is absolutely OK (which is rare in the US, if you don't stay in a high-end hotel).

The aircondition was loud in the whole building (inside-outside). The big outside unit was exactly under our room, so we literaly cannot sleep, BUT the staff was ready to help, and gave us an other room immediately, when we mentioned the problem.

Coffee is delicious along with Eggs, potato's and sausage slices. Pool/ hot tub courtyard was very nice.

The layout of the food services counter(s) was a fail..! The alcove section @ the pancake makers, oatmeal, etc. was a constant log jam, with people waiting for their waffle to be finished, including people waiting in line to get to the Breakfast item's. One of the most illogical things that I ever witnessed was, having only one stack of plates positioned where it was almost unreachable AND right next to the huge HOT toaster and the HOT food warmer(eggs, meat...) In addition, It was difficult getting around past the seating area next to the huge Deco divider wall: chair(s) sticking out..? OJ was watered down.

Location is perfect for our stay to visit our son at UCF. Staff is very welcoming and quickly checked us in and head to our room in no time. The room was perfect in terms of cleanliness, bed quality, decoration, furniture modern/useful, space and a/c settings. there was nothing we might say was missing, needed or not functioning as expected.

would be nice to be suggested where to park, building has several access from parking lot and in our case we had to walk a lot to get to our room from the front desk area.... later we noticed a door with access to the parking which made the access to our room a breeze.

At first we got the room on the first floor right next to air-conditioner machinery, which was located just outside our window. The noise was heared even with closed windows. But when we asked they changed our room without any problem. The breakfast was good enough to eat at the hotel and not to look for some breakfast place elsewhere. All in all, very nice place to stay.

My husband and I were greeted with great customer service. The check-in process was easy and all was in order. Room was very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the various options given. We plan to stay here again in the near future.

Location to the Addition Arena was absolutely perfect. Food options in the area we also great and there were gas stations not far away if you wanted to fill up the tank or get snacks. building has multiple entrances at each corner with elevators at each end so you're never a far walk from your car. Very well designed. Employees did an excellent job all around, and were quick and responsive. One of my best hotel experiences.

Hot Breakfast was lacking. We had scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes all three days. Eggs were instant and pulverized to little bits so you couldn't use a fork to eat them, while the sausage and potatoes were cold and slightly undercooked. Edible, but comparable to microwave breakfast. There were several bread options that were perfectly fine, and there was a waffle station that was good, so we favored those options.

Room was clean and decent size. The beds were comfy. Didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice.

Extra $50 deposit/hold, which I didn't find out about until checking in. No fan in bathroom, fogged up the mirror, had to wait some time before I could finish getting ready. Lighting in the bathroom was not very good.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and the pool temperature was perfect! There is a wide spread of breakfast options and coffee available all day. I was extremely comfortable here and will DEFINITELY recommend this to everyone and return is I’m ever back in the area!!
