I liked the size of the room. I liked the refrigerator and the microwave. The staff was very courteous and helpful. All of our requests - extra towels, washcloths and clogged toilet - was taken care of promptly.

I did not like the sliding bathroom door. We never did get it to close and lock properly. There was no step in the shower stall to put your feet when you are washing. I did not know it was not close to Disney. We didn't go to Disney but we went to several places in that area. I did more driving than I thought I'd have to do.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious choices for breakfast and is served on actual plates with real cutlery. The location in the lobby for breakfast offers indoor and outdoor dining in a comfortable variety of seats and tables. I love that this hotel has a focus on being environmentally conscientious. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was an awesome experience. It's about 35 minutes from Universal Studios (US) and Islands of Adventure (IA) and there wasn't a lot of traffic, either way, either way to get to these locations. This hotel provides that boutiquish, right-at-home feel with a kitchenette that includes a sink, refrigerator, plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, and even paper towels. A lot of free parking and a continental breakfast of scrambled egg with vegetables prepacked platter, egg omelet individually wrapped, different types of bread, bagels, make your own waffles, oatmeal, and different types of beverages.

The room was spacious and very close to UCF as well as a lot of restaurants and stores. The front desk clerk was very nice and very professional.

The breakfast was not good. The waffles had an artificial flavor, the bagels were dry, and the breakfast sandwiches were just nasty. The bacon on the sandwich was raw.

The hotel was very clean in the common areas as well as the room. The room was very spacious with lots of storage options...booked a king bed with a separate bedroom. It was truly like a home away from home. Especially since this was a 6 day visit. It is in the perfect location to plenty of places to eat and shop. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Orlando.

I understand due to Covid, the breakfast buffet isn't the same, but it would have been nice to have bacon, eggs, etc

! Everything! This place met my expectations and more! The staff was amazing..housekeeping was exceptional..breakfast was fabulous! There is no better hotel than this one! I've been to so many..and this one was exceptional in every way! You guys were so wonderful! Thank you so much for a great stay! Will be back most definitely!! Gonna miss FLORIDA!

There is nothing not to like

Location was great. Convenient but quiet, off the Main Street. Walking distance to several restaurants. Breakfast was simple but great! Loved the ready-made omelettes! The room was very spacious and the kitchen facilities were an added bonus.

Proximity to UCF. I liked the room. Beautiful! Cleanliness was superb!

At breakfast they had almost rotten bananas out. When I asked for a banana that was not so spotted , the attendant said they were all like that in the kitchen.

The location was perfect--right between the two daughters we were visiting. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn.

The breakfast was not that great.

This was a great place to stay. Great value, very good bedroom, super clean. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom door could have a little bit more privacy. Pretty far away from the theme parks.
