Breakfast was good, great location from Disney

Shuttle service was terrible. We planned on using it to get to the Disney parks each day, but when we arrived we were told they only run twice a day: 9:45 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. Total joke and felt like false advertising as I can't imagine who would use the shuttle service to arrive 2 hours late and leave 2 hours early every day. Plan on an extra $25 a day for parking

The Place is lovely, It's an apartment hotel, the flat it self is rather big and equipped well. There's a small private beach and the pool is very nice

There is no cleaning service at all. If you want your place clean, you got to clean it yourself. Also, at this time of the year, the beach was full of alegra and smelly, it was ok if you wanna stand there looking at the ocean, but very unpleasant to swim in. The good news is that there is a lovely beach very close by.

The location was great. Centered in the middle of everything from resorts to food and even gas stations. The pool was huge and well maintained and clean.

The pool fountain was fixed by what looked like expand o foam and the room bathroom didn't lock my oldest found out bc our youngest opened the door when it was locked. The ice machine was broken on our floor. Also my fault for missing it when I was booking but the pay for parking is kinda crazy seeing the parking lot wasn't full any day we stayed always plenty of parking so kinda over kill to pay for parking but like I said my fault for overlooking it.

Near the Disney Parks, the pool, the coach that could open and you have comfortable space for the 5th person

More shuttles at more times to go and come of the parks to avoid using the car

The hotel is perfectly located close to Disney and Universal, about ~15min car ride to each. Rooms are large and clean, comfortable beds, great shower pressure. Very friendly staff at the bar. Tasty affordable snacks at the local kitchen for when the kids were too tired to eat out, but also lots of restaurants in walking distance. Nice outdoor pool, always clean, clean towels always on stock. Breakfast was included in our room fare, we found it very good as well.

I loved my family stay at Hyatt Place Orlando. amazing staff with such great warmth. I have 3 kids and daily breakfast buffet was plentiful and a major convenience. perfect location and proximity to Disney and Disney Springs.

ice machine and coffee maker broken but fixed with in a day or two.

daily cleaning, comfy bed, full blast AC all over the building, friendly staffs. we are 2 families and they were nice to let us have room next to each other as per request. they also let us have early check in.

elevator is so slow. it will take you forever to get to the 5th floor or to the lobby. I just wish breakfast ends at 10. they starting to close at 9am. very basic breakfast.

The location was great, the facility was nice and the free breakfast was awesome!

The pool had a lot of insects. Also there’s is no microwave in the room and that sucks when you have little ones. The shuttle to the parks is not worth it! The guys arrived 15 min late and was super rude. Taking an Uber is a better idea.

We were able to book a Family room (upgrade provided by booking.com) which was great with a bunk bed and separate tv unit for our kid! There was a comfy couch as well. Cleaners came every day - we considered this a luxury in COVID era. Breakfast was quite good served with fresh fruits. We specially loved the central location of the hotel and it’s proximity to Disney!

Definitely the elevators! Our room was on 5th floor and we needed to use the elevators but there were just two of them. These elevators were also used by guests on lower floors because there was no staircase that connected with the lobby (the fire escape ones took you directly to parking area). So, be ready for long waits, especially when one of the elevators get out of service (that happened, too!).

We have stayed in a lot of areas because we visit Disney often. We have stayed in really expensive resorts, on-site Disney resorts, down to super cheap airbnbs. Finally we found a place that fits exactly what we needed! I don’t like the big resorts because parking is too far away and cost extra for that too! After a long day at the parks I don’t want to hike to my room too. I also don’t need all the fluff of the resorts. I don’t like the $30-50 per person breakfasts they charge either. Your was perfect and the breakfast was great!! I wanted to park and be in my room within a few minutes. I also wanted to be close to the parks drive time wise. I didn’t want to pay $500+ a night for a room. Your price was more than fair for what we got. I wanted a safe and beautiful area, which yours was. We wanted great food choices nearby. The sofrito cafe needs to become a chain. We went there twice. The room size was perfect. I loved the little couch area so much! We never use the Airbnb kitchens we just need a comfy bed, a small living area and a bathroom. Our room had all that! My husband used to travel for work and he raved about Hyatt Place. So we tried yours at Disney and it exceeded our expectations! We come to Disney about 6 times a year and always stay a night or two. We will certainly be back.

Ok I have one small complaint. Tiny. The shower head in our bathroom was not working well. We could only use the “power thruster” mode lol it got the job done but it wasn’t relaxing lol
