The staff, location, and facility were awesome. It's one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The room was very large and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were busses running to all the parks all day. The breakfast was very good and there were a couple of nights we took advantage of the nightly food and drink service, that was also very good, which was also part of the perks of staying at the hotel. My husband and I had a wonderful time. When in Orlando, we will not stay in any other hotel. This one has it all!!

There is nothing that I can say. We did not find anything we did not like. The shower can be slippery at times, I did slip after my husband used the shower and shower wash provided, but that was just a very minor issue, nothing to keep us away!!

Free breakfast and dinner, plus 3 free beers per night. I liked the food on offer, though other adults in my party did not. Staff were very nice, and very polite. 8 minute walk to Disney Springs, free bus to all Disney parks. Free bus was never packed, and always on time.

Only thing I can think of is that the lifts are right next to the pool, so during the day the lifts and tiled lift waiting area are always wet from swimmers, and can be slippery, kids slipped over a few times.

it was so clean! firework view room was amazing. watched show for 25 min!!!! everything was amazing! best hotel stay in a long time. pool was nice and warm. great view! free drinks and food was huge plus!!! loved popcorn machine. so fun. i will definitely be back with my family when we visit parks! amazing property is best location near everything

1. I wasn't told during check in that there was free dinner buffet so i got there by 7.15 to get my free drinks and I missed it. all food was gone. 2. couldn't log into Netflix for nothing:( it kept kicking me out. 3. bed was a little hard for me. 4. I thought parking was free but its not :(

Great location, just a short walk to Disney Springs. Facilities are well designed for both comfort and esthetics. Staff was very friendly and helpful, a wonderful surprise after the lack of customer service at many establishments these days. The breakfast and 5:30 kickback are a welcome change to the endless restaurants on Disney vacations. Only stayed one night between rentals but would recommend for an extended stay.

this property is brand new with absolutely fabulous amenities- gorgeous pool and hot tub; splash pad for the kids; well-equipped exercise room; and many free drink and food lines for their breakfast and dinner free meals. There is a poolside bar/eatery and a nighttime bar with a marketplace with necessities basically open 24 hours. Plus, an arcade for families. The Disney Springs and WDW shuttles ran perfectly and were not crowded. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check-in and a late check-out. No hotel does that today. This staff cared about its guests.

there is only everything to love about this property

The Drury was everything I wanted in a hotel plus more. From the complimentary breakfast to the 5:30 kickback every night this place was exceptional. The staff was always very courteous. We had housekeeping in our room everyday we were there unless we hung the tag on the door. The room and facilities were very clean and spacious. Free transportation to Disney parks and the walkability of the area. We were always within a short distance to Disney springs and walked over and had dinner on numerous occasions.

I did not have a single negative experience at this hotel

A I had to pay a lot for my small dog $50 every day and pay for parking . They did not mentioned anything when I first did my reservation. I won’t came back anymore!

Looks brand new, clean and modern, loved the room very spacious and comfortable. Service was superb from the moment we arrived the lady at the front desk congratulated us on our anniversary and gave us a little bag with sweet treats and a card, such a nice gesture!

amenities are fantastic, breakfast is excellent the 5:30 PM dinner snacks is excellent and the free drinks. 

Every floor allows dogs and we heard a lot of barking, which was really frustrating. The bus service needs work, they were never on time and we got stuck in the pouring rain at the bus stop at Epcot and the bus was 20 minutes late. There’s no protection from the weather, so we were absolutely soaked. The bus schedules were not convenient whatsoever, the buses sometimes have a 45 minute to an hour in between so if you miss one, you are waiting a long time for the next and the next bus might not even go to the park you want.
