Though everything in the room is showing its age, everything was very clean and nice. Strong wifi. Staff are all great.

They advertise that they offer shuttles to the Disney parks, but that's only just barely true. There's one shuttle, and it leaves at something absurd like 10:50, and only goes to Epcot. It's clear that they just offer this so that they can say that they do, and then conspicuously leave out all the details here and on their website. Otherwise the place is probably overdue for a renovation, but it's nice enough. Beds are way too soft, but relatively comfortable if you're into that.

The staff are friendly and nice. The room is clean and the facilities are new. The breakfast was very good but it is boring to have the same options for 6 days, maybe they can include egg station where you can get Omelet, or other eggs options, maybe add cheese to their list.

i was in the hotel a month ago and till now I haven't received the refund of the room deposit amount (30$\day). Also the room has humidity smell. In addition, the minibar in the room doesn't freeze and it is not cold enough to keep food or sensitive medication. The maintenance personnel there checked it but said that this is its configuration. I asked my friend who stayed in another room to check their fridge and it was the same.

The room was very clean. The restaurant was ok. Food wasn't bad. Staff was very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was not very good. The selection was very limited and not that tasty. I have never stayed at a hotel that i had to pay to park by the day. For what the room cost i thought that was ridiculous. We didn't even have a microwave in our room. Very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to heat up things for a family in a common area.

The room was large. And the beds are very comfortable. It was very clean, and we got room service ( the beds were done, and we got new towels). It was located relatively close to the Disney parks (approximately 10 minutes drive), and there were several restaurants at a walking distance. Facilities at the hotel were very nice. A large pool and a good-sized hot tube. We were allowed to use the pool area after check out. They also offer pool towels. Wifi had a good speed all around the hotel.

It was written that there was a free shuttle to Epcot at 7:45 and 9:50 am and that we needed to book it 30 minutes in advance. We woke up early to take the 7:45 shuttle and went downstairs to book it, we were told this shuttle bus was not running anymore. So we had to pay 20$ for an Uber to go to the park.

This hotel is in a fantastic location with easy access to all the theme parks. Also has a nice pool.

The water pressure on the 7th floor was minimal making a challenge sometimes to use basic facilities other than shower. Beds do have some wear in the mattresses making one side more comfortable than the other.

We spent 7 nights at Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista. Exceptional location, right next to Disney World main street and 20 min walk to Disney Springs. Staff was exceptional and rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Hotel has many amenities: Peets Cafe was great for breakfast, we were able to do laundry on site, hot tub was great.

Pool temp was very cold. Bathrooms were a little small but rooms were clean.

Everything was amazing! Room was big and spacious! Room service always on time! Staff approachable and very helpful! Definitely recommend this hotel…We will definitely be coming back and staying here again.

Fantastic Location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping .

My room had dirty toilet paper on the carpet. Carpet needed more cleaning around the edge of the bed. Yhr rewards members curtesy room was poorly stocked. especially during the early morning, I heard annoyed guest complaining.

We spend our holiday here and had to extend it as my husband contracted covid. When we told the staff they helped us. And thankfully we could stay. Our room was enormous which helped me so far not contracting covid. Covid restrictions are ok sometimes some disinfection stations are empty but the hotel is not overcrowded so it’s easy to keep to them. Swimming pool is nice and big jacuzzi is lovely. Breakfast is a bit scarce. But you can get a transfer to the theme parks for 5 dollars leaving at 10.00 and pick up at 18.00 that is great. There are loads of food places around and it’s about 30 minutes from the airport. I would stay here again.

The property itself was clean, comfortable and great location. Staff were helpful for most requests.

Had issue with overbooking junior suite as requested initially; downgraded to king room with perks such as free parking and drinks. Check in time states 3pm on reservation, however, actual time is 4pm.
