breakfast, the pool , and unfortunately i forgot the name of the staff that check us in but he was very helpful.

i was very surprised that we had to pay for the parking, knowing that a lot of hotels in orlando are free. also, no microwave

This was my fourth stay at this hotel and i'm always satisfied. The hotel decor is a little tired but the amenities eg gym & pool are lovely. The staff are very helpful, friendly & professional in all departments especially the front desk, night staff and the coffee shop. It's my go to place in Orlando

Without doubt the quality of the WIFI is poor and needs to be looked at, it times out very quickly and changes in different hotel areas. While the food is good the menu is very limited.

I was celebrating my 66th birthday. All I wanted to do was relax with my family and hang around the pool for the weekend. We checked in late on Friday. We had an issue with our room. Since it was late and we were tired, we just went to bed and called about it in the morning. We talked to Isabella and she apologized for the inconvenience. Not only did she switch our room, she upgraded it. When she found out about our plans for my birthday, she gave us a cabana and breakfast. At breakfast, the staff sang happy birthday, which was a wonderful surprise, thank you Grace. The entire staff was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

After my issue was taken care of, I really didn't have any complaints.

The hotel has an excellent location if you are going to any of the Disney Parks or Disney Springs, basically anywhere in the Disney World Resort. You are just a few minutes away from everything without having to pay for the price of staying at a WDW Resort Hotel or the ones that are in the area. The room is super spacious. If you are only going to use the room to sleep this is THE place! There are several fast food places walking distance, a pharmacy, a gas station. Everything you need.

You can tell the hotel is run down, but I believe this is the reason for the price. The carpets were prety dirty and the AC was either freezing or super hot/humid. The staff is not the most proactive/helpful, but again you get what you are paying for and it is perfect if all you want is a cofortable bed to sleep in. Dont expect Luxury.

I picked this hotel for the pool and it didn't disappoint. You had two large pool. One shallow for volleyball and basketball, toys provided. The other was nice and deep. I've been staying at Hiltons and the pools are so shallow 41/2 feet. Horrible. This pool was great. I enjoyed watching the young people on the water slide and they didn't even get near enough to splash me. Huge pool! Handicapped bathroom was perfect. Location of my room (near parking and pool entrance) was perfect, too!

Maid service was poor. As we came back to the room around 3PM we saw the maid had already passed our room. I asked her if she had finished our room and brought towels. She said, "Yes." but didn't understand English. As we got into the room and saw she hadn't done our room, I went up to her cart and asked for towels. She gave them to me. A few minutes later, she was at our door asking if she could do the room! We just had her pick up the used towels and empty the garbage. Oh, you could leave a TV channel guide and WIFI instructions.

Breakfast was quite good with a mixed variety of items. The coffee was just ok, but the orange juice suprised me as it had a more really natural taste. I regret the scrambled eggs don't taste as fresh made but of premixed containers. In general a good variety and definitely much better than other hotels in this price range.

The entrance to parking on the right side of Front Desk is AWFUL since you have to pass next to the garbage area and this is very unappealing and there is poor night lighting on that side. I feel the buildings need a fresh coat of paint to make everything pop more. Also the elevator area on the bottom floor felt and looked dirty, I would recommend the doors to work access be covered completely so as a guest you can't see through because it makes the place look less nice.

Front desk staff were great and facilities were beautiful, clean and as pictured! The girl in the side shop gave me lip about a water refill as I had a Starbucks cup from next door. "You got that next door. We don't do that". I pay good money for a hotel room and she had to begrudgingly give me a glass of tap water with attitude. I'm asking for a glass of tap water and providing a cup; not a coffee refill or free bottled water. That actually really irritated me. Altogether great stay. It's unfortunate that a petty attitude of 1 worker can have a negative impact on such a wonderful establishment.

Room was great, however the fridge did not work very well. Barely kept our food cool, and didn't have a freezer section which was disappointing as I expected to see and use this section. Did not use the pool but it looked fun. Location was great.

I didn't realize there was paid parking required on site until we arrived. I did not see this when booking. The parking should be included since there was no other place to park on property as an alternate option for non-paid self parking. And if this was an option, no one told me it was.

Breakfast was delicious. Room and shower were clean. Staff wad genuinely helpful

Cups shouldn't be placed upside down on the table. It leaves a film on the mouth area. Also, I saw a table helper/assistant merely brush off a few crumbs with his hand and instead of removing all the coffee cups and glasses he merely looked at them to see if they were used and since they seemed unused he flipped them upside down and left them on the table for the next guests. It was honestly gross because who knows if the previous people touched the glass. I wouldn't want to put my mouth on that cup.

Pool area was great. Choice of two pools. Two hot tubs. The location was perfect for us. Fairly close to all attractions and just a few minutes from Disney Springs. Surprisingly good food at the Outdoor Bar Grill. Overall, great customer service from everyone, but a big shout-out to Isabel and Shady at front desk. Great team! We needed a little extra attention on a few things and they did not hesitate at all to help.
