The front desk staff were super friendly when I arrived and also when I checked out very early in the morning. Room service attendant was always pleasant.

The staff in the food hall seemed preoccupied with their own issues and it took forever for a staff member to acknowledge I was there and wanted to place an order. The guests in the food hall were very rude. I sat at a table to eat my dinner the night of my arrival and family just sat down at my table didn't even ask if it was ok. I was trying to enjoy my meal in peace. The son was throwing a major temper tantrum about not being able to buy something. So I packed up my food and left.

The location is amazing, close to the parks, stores and restaurants. The main pool is also very nice and well maintained. They have a Starbucks inside the hotel which is a good alternative if you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast. In general, the hotel was clean and staff was nice.

Rooms are very small (and we stayed in the biggest room they have). The second pool seems to do not be well maintained. The hotel in general had an update in the lobby and rooms, but you see in general this is an old hotel.

We had an exceptional 10 days stay at the hotel. The personnel went above and beyond our expectations! The hotel is clean, has a lot of amenities. The pool is great, clean and has a nice sundeck. We also used the gym which has nice equipment, the free towels were a great plus! The shuttle buses to the WDW resort and to Universal are really convenient, easy to get food delivered as well. The room was cleaned every day, the cleaning staff was really nice too! Honestly, I would come back again if there's a chance!

The room was ery clean and spacious and especially liked the balcony with outdoor seating.

We attempted check in half an hour before our time, the lady on the front desk said she would ring us once the room became free, however we didn't get a phone call (possibly because the room still wasn't ready) so we went back to reception and Christian dealt with us (he was very helpful and professional) he said he would find us another room. When we got to the room it had an adjoining door - new guests arrived in this room at 01.30 in the morning, children were extremely noisy and then we had two try's of the adjoining door .. bit intimidating and unfortunate.

The friendliness of the staff. The supportiveness of everyone when the hall AC was out. The location of all three Marriott properties and our access to their amenities was amazing. The ease of access to the surrounding events.

The hall a/c was out the entire week and there was an unattended machine in the hall which DID NOT DRAW THE HEAT OUT. Also, the computers in the lobby did not work either,

The room was clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and considerate. The indoor pool area is good. The grounds are pretty nicely kept. The hotel was really quiet, considering the national high school cheer competition was this weekend.

I have to say that the lighting in the room could ha e been better upgraded around the vanity and the room in general. Fresh towels were only in the outdoor section, not the Indoor area of the pool. Other than that not really a bad thing to say about it.

Everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding properties. Marta and the new employee she trained made me feel wonderful. The food in the food hall was expensive. But the chicken bacon ranch flat pizza a must try along with the hot mess wings. Employees like Marta are a jewel and should not be overlooked. Also never had frys so good. I didn't need ketchup.

The bed was a little too soft. Checking in took longer than expected. Also felt alot of pressure to tour the property for money.I really enjoyed the

We really enjoyed the accommodations. We enjoyed the five dollar voucher for the free coffee every day. Housekeeping was amazing!!! They made our bed every day and give us clean towels for seven days. They made my daughters bed with her Disney animals on it. It was adorable. The pools were very beautiful and they were the right temperature. The sauna hot tub was very enjoyable. It was nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave for the week. The shower temperature was hot and effective. The balcony was a bonus.

There was no free breakfast. The microwave door was broken.

Facilities abd pool area look great

I got a $10 off ticket when I checked in, but when I presented it to the restaurant for the breakfast, I was told that it should have been refeemed the day before, which doesn’t made sense since I just checked in the day before. It also happened to the rest of my family (we booked 4 rooms)

we loved everything about this property! we got the king size room it was HUGE we were pleasantly surprised as we stay in Orlando area a lot and it was much bigger than other standard room. the bed was super comfy. location is absolutely perfect and I love all the amenities. this is definitely going to be our new go to place for long weekends. I highly recommend it!!
