cleanliness, staff was helpful, breakfast tasty though not very diverse, location is also wonderful; parking big and convenient

No bottled water in rooms. Would be great to have the returning busses depart from Universal Studio later than 7:25, because US is open till 10 pm. I am not sure this is hotel’s decision.

Location, close to Universal with a shuttle pick-up provided. On I-Drive and convenience of food options a short walk away. Supermarket close by. Lots of shopping and other activities in the general vicinity. Great, cheaper family option. No resort fees!

We had a power outage at night and I was halfway through eating dinner. Haha. But it was the whole street, not just our hotel.. Whilst it was inconvenient, the staff were amazing in handling a stressful situation. So kudos! No other qualms.

The room had all we needed as a small family on vacation, microwave, fridge, coffee, a view, great location and a good working swimming pool. the hotel cleaners cleaned our room daily which i liked best. 7th floor with pool and universal island adventure view.

clean hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. loved meeting all the new over seas travelers! close to absolutely everything. loved the fact that we had gated parking every night so felt safe.

The check in precedure was really confusing. Bookings state no hold on account or fees associated with this hotel, but they do charge a 1 night stay on top of all week amount at checking. They stated they only do this when they are booked out but when u book a year in advance you don’t know that will happen. I had to talk to higher ups in the hotel to explain that it wasn’t right, eventually they were able to work around it but the reason I chose this over a similar hotel was because of the promises on booking . com..

Location was good, easy walk to restaurants. There is a free shuttle to Universal. We ate breakfast at the hotel twice, it was good for a large breakfast. Some reviews say the décor is a little dated but... It's good quality and in good condition. I wouldn't wouldn't change it. It was good for us. We were on the 8th floor and the lifts were very good. There were three lifts, they were always clean and working. There is a trolley stop, right outside the hotel, 25 cents for seniors! Plenty of secure parking. There was free coffee in the room. Good light proof blinds. I didn't use the pool but it looked OK. Always spare loungers. There were sun loungers available around the pool and could be placed in the sun all day. We had great views from our room. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I would have liked a coffee shop. The breakfast was great but was a little spendy if you wanted coffee and a snack. There was some road noise but it didn't stop us sleeping. I only mention it as you should be aware of the noise. The air conditioning is a "through the wall" type. This is obviously more noisy than central air. Again, I only mention it as you should be aware. None of these things would stop me staying again. It's a good value for money hotel and met my expectations, so don't be put off by my observations!

The location is excellent, near the Universal studio, restaurants, shops. Staff are friendly. The room is clean. We cannot ask for more.

The hotel was very nice very clean the location was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

The only improvements would be the shuttle to the parks. I wish there would of been later times to leave and earlier times to return. Because of that we didn't use the shuttle. Instead we drove but parking cost $30 at universal unless you go after 6 pm the parking is free but that only leaves you 3 hours at the park and we had paid for 5 days at the park so parking cost were $150 had we been able to use the shuttle it would of been better. The only other improvements I see is the coffee. All hotels have complementary coffee but you had to buy the coffee.

location for us was great. compared to similar hotels in the area, the price was really good. the pool area was quiet so ideal for our chill out days. free parking, what’s not to like.

I know you can’t do much about the I-4 at the back, though the noise from that at night was a bit frustrating. outside of that, nothing to complain about.

I was really impressed with this hotel. I had never been to Orlando before but was coming for a family vacation/wedding. I liked that the front desk accomodated my late check in at about 1am. Had no issues checking in. My parents also stayed at this hotel and we were able to get a room right next to each other. Rooms were clean and beds comfy, loved the microwave & mini fridge. No resort fee. Outdoor pool, little convenience store next to front desk was convenient. Housekeeping did excellent job with restocking of towels, coffee, and making your room look nice everytime you came back from somewhere. Staff was friendly and professional.

I didn't like the Wifi. Both my parents and I had issues with their wifi. Kept disconnecting every 10 seconds and would never automatically reconnect. You have to do that manually. Not ideal for a remote worker/nomad looking for a hotel with good wifi service. I also didn't like being on the 9th floor, which is the highest floor. I also didn't like the obnoxious and loud vehicles driving on the express way next to the hotel, but that really isn't the hotel's fault, but it was pretty noisy because of that.

Rooms were very clean and I loved the layout! Having the kitchenette/vanity separate was a nice touch. The beds were a little too firm for us to be really comfortable but it wasn’t earful. Everything is just really outdated but still very nice for the age. We will 100% stay again when budget friendly is necessary! $15 per night dog fee is reasonable and allowed extended check out for $25 which was very helpful for us! Secure property which was nice!

No jacuzzi at the pool area. The AC worked mostly well but seemed a little sluggish at times. Please please please REMOVE CARPET from rooms! It’s sticky and gross.
