Carlos immediately rectified a previous wrong. The service once we checked in was pristine. Shane, Joe and everyone at Harvest Bistro was amazing. We loved the redesign, the modern upgrades, and the traditional service we're used to in staying here often. Room was clean, modern, and in a good location. Room Service was outstanding. The Market was superb as always.

I didn't like my experience because our reservation got messed up. I spoke with a woman named Jill who was very abrasive, very discerning, and insinuated I was a liar. She couldn't locate my reservation, and gave me homework to fix it, even though it was no fault of my own. Furthermore, I was told by both property, and booking.com my reservation was correct and valid. I was treated poorly all the way until check in, and feel as though the property didn't need to address this issue, which I still would.

This is a superb hotel. The hotel staff were incredible, without exception. They were extremely courteous, helpful, cheerful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious with omelettes and eggs cooked fresh whilst we waited and a vast selection of pastries, fresh fruit and cereal available. The hotel was spotless both inside and out and the pool area with lazy river was just gorgeous. A great location for Disney parks with an easy to use courtesy shuttle. Wonderful!

My one criticism is that my room was not ready until 6pm. Whilst I appreciate that having everything spotless and ready on time is a major challenge and the hotel does provide an area where luggage can be left in these circumstances. It would be really helpful if they could at least offer some free refreshments and facilities to change / shower so guests can go outside and use the pool area rather than wait in the lobby.

The rooms and just about everywhere was clean. The pool was nice. Front desk was a great help. Can't remember his name, possibly Pete or that could have been the pool guy but he has a UK accent. Really nice guy.

The pool servicemen were really slow. Maybe add extra of those for faster service. The pictures on expedia sre not the same as the room. We thought we were getting a room with a king bed and stand up shower. We got 2 queens and a combination shower

The location was perfect! Convenience of the keyless entry was great, but appreciated that the staff was still available. The beds are the super comfortable!! We slept very well. The shuttle to and from the parks was very convenient; on time, friendly and reliable (except for on the day of the Disney Marathon.)

I booked a “triple” room through booking.com, and thought that meant a couch or extra space. The room turned out to be fine, but I thought it would be bigger. I understand that the staff no longer services the room, and while I appreciate the “safety” aspect of it, I would rather not have to call and ask for my “two waters” and coffee supplies for the next morning. Seems like there should be a way to anticipate guests recurring needs. ( i.e. A basket of supplies delivered on the doorstep early am; bellman or concierge handing water as we exit.)

Super clean, great staff. Dj made the pool area even more fun and the kids didn't want to leave at the end of the day. Self parking garage is just a few steps away. Loved the coffee bar downstairs for a quick breakfast to go.

Food was great but overall way too overpriced. At the coffee bar, the pool restaurant or at the Le Luce.

it was in a good location, beautiful and comfortable. There was a great breakfast buffet.

Disappointing having to chase staff to get a drink and food in the lounge after a long day on our last night. Took multiple tries to get order right. I’d expect better.

very family friendly, easy going, modern and bright. we used the shuttle to Disney, worked out really well.

housekeeping services where not excellent, they changed towels but didn’t clean at all. my bathroom was dirty and floor had hair and stains after two days without cleaning I had to ask.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly.

The pool needed some love. The pool was rundown a bit.

Hotel in perfect location for Disney World. I love that transportation was provided and we didn't have to go out in the busy traffic. My four years old granddaughter enjoyed all the beautiful Christmas decoration as well.

Everything was great. I saw nothing that needed correcting. I requested cleaning service each day, and when I returned from the park each night, it was clean and smelling fresh. Great place to stay!

Our server for breakfast in the “Bistro” Jon was WONDERFUL….the best ever for dealing with 4 little boys. He deserves a raise.

Would like all charges included in the room rate….no extras…. “resort fees” , parking…they have a parking lot so why charge extra….people are much happier knowing all fees before booking.
