location was excellent and size of the family rooms were very good. The selection of pools available around the complex and also the bus service was great, especially Nelson the bus driver.

The lack of bus return trips available from the parks, especially from magic kingdom. One bus leaves the transportation Center at 9:15, which is hopeless as most people will stay for the fireworks at 9pm, then the next bus is at 11pm, perhaps too late for some, especially if you have been there all day! Teenager complained her bunkbed was hard and uncomfortable, with the mattress too thin. Felt there was a lack of eating options later at night when retiring from the parks. Everything to eat closed at 10pm the grab n go should be open or at least partially until the last bus arrives back from the parks.

The hotel is beautiful and the bed/room is very comfortable. However, our room heater was not working for the first night. At 2:30am I woke up freezing (it was January) and I called reception; they put a request for someone to come on the following morning to fix it (which they did), however I asked for a blanket and they said I needed to go to reception to get it. I believe for the level of this hotel they should have sent someone to my room to bring the extra blanket - this is my only concern and the reason I didn’t rate it 10/10. Otherwise, I would return to the hotel.

staff told me I needed to go to reception at 2:30am to get extra blanket when heater in the room didn’t work. we had to put up with the cold all night. next day they fixed it

The property is very well done. Kevin at the registration desk was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The room was excellent and the pool(s) as well as the lazy rivers were excellent . Parking was great but didn’t love paying so much for it. We will for sure use you again….Ed and Tracy….Iowa

I personally didn’t find the bed very comfortable and you do have to pay to park

Everything was perfect..that was until I couldn't get the room I wanted and I thought all was lost..Then came Desi..even though the hotel through no fault of thier own was overbooked my lady and my daughter arrived to the room with some perfectly ripened chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine with specific instructions on how to have a wonderful night.If they keep staff like this just imagine your stay.We thank you again for all the help and fun.Come as often as you can folks.

Everything except prices of items in store. Toothbrush,toothpaste,mini Tylenol tube $23 total. Compare to about $6 or $7 total off disney property

The prices for items on disney property were outrageous. Toothpaste, toothbrush, Tylenol, beer, wine. Coffee from the Starbucks Cafe, all items were 40% or more than off disney property. I felt trapped regarding the cost of regular goods on disney property.

I didn’t like the lack of food options at the resort property. The pizzeria closed too early on Sunday, and it would’ve been nice if that was a restaurant rather than a poolside bar. I also think it would be great if the shuttles to the Disney resort had more times to and from the park/Disney springs. It made our park visit more stressful as the times were random and inconvenient when considering dinner and fireworks shows.

Love the location, the parking is easy, the amenities are great and the property outside is well maintained...I really like the hotel overall as I am a repeat guest and will continue to be...Some maintenance is needed but it is a lovely hotel...

There was an issue going on apparently because on the 2nd morning through the 4th there was a rancid odor throughout the lobby it lessened daily, that never happened in my previous stays. My shower curtain was in need of replacing kept having to button it back together and some of the towels had an odor... hair dryer. The bathroom as a whole needed a little upkeep/updating toilet ran if we didn't pull the lever up. Extra blankets would have been nice....need microwave at buffet breakfast..cleanliness in elevators(although a guest threw trash down, it was there for a while) pet friendly but a pet area and waste recepticals would have be appreciated...room services fees were a deterrent to ordering..

The hotel is clean with good size rooms in view of Epcot. Set around a lake with other apartments it is a really nice setting. Short trip to all Disney parks and bus service was great. Trips in Uber all less than $15 to get to most shops and restaurants. Starbucks cafe in the lobby is great and open all day, expensive as you would expect in a hotel. Pool was lovely with a decent bar, the food was delicious. We also used the other pools and lazy river in the complex and the mini golf. All staff very pleasant. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The resort fee seems high but I understand most hotels charge it.

Bar1592 needed a better food selection- also food was just okay -
